전체적으로 만족하나 바퀴벌레를 봤습니다 ㅠㅠ 그 후로 잠을 설쳤네요 ㅠㅠ

Room was spotless. Booked a king room with patio. Bed was a deep mattress with pillow top. Sheets were too short to tuck in top and bottom due to mattress size/depth, so housekeeping tucked in the doona at the bottom, leaving a large uncovered portion at the head end. Bathroom was very small, well under a metre between shower door and basin - I think it's probably minimum width of around 700 mm. Elderly or larger clients should be aware. Cafe food and service is very good. Reception mostly welcoming and helpful. Ample parking on street is available on weekends and hence we did not pay for hotel parking.

Hotel is great. Two eco-negatives though: 1) Rooms shouldn't require cleaning every day (e.g. I deliberately hung my used towels up rather than put them on the floor, as per notice in bathroom, but they got changed regardless. Fresh towels aren't required daily). 2) A bin to separate recyclable waste in rooms would be good. I could be wrong, but it appears on the surface that the Hotel doesn't recycle much.

The room was clean but bed was lumpy and the pillows hard. All staff I encountered were helpful. I was roadside and the room was noisy. I had to ask the staff to see to loud and unruly people in the room next to me. The situation was sorted swiftly. I’ve often used this hotel and felt they may have given me a better room. Overall, convenient.

Hotel was, overall, good. Pillows were a bit flat and mattresses could be a bit more comfortable. Unfortunately, there was construction next door - that went on ALL NIGHT. Not light construction with people talking, but heavy work with backhoes and movement of dumpsters and flashing lights. We were woken at least three nights - tough to fall back asleep.

Comfortable hotel, not much around it but cafe in lobby most welcome

Easy place to stay. 10 min walk to train or Metro.

good size room with a great shower. Very quiet and a comy bed.

The service was very good. Meals were very excellent and all of the staff were friendly We will stay again next time we come to RNS
