Nice experience

Amazing resort will very friendly staff. A great place to stay.

Enjoyed the property and the facilities. Lots to like about rooms with ocean view and the Darwin sunsets. Staff were friendly and polite and the rooms were clean. Everything was great until a little thing was not right. In my room the tv was not working. Unfortunate but it is. However when raised with the reception desk was assured it would be fixed. After returning 2 hours later from dinner it was not fixed and the message from front staff was confusing (I think they forgot) Solution was to change rooms but unfortunately went from a room with ocean view to carpark view (and smaller) and had to move myself. From this experience they miss the mark as a premium venue and settle for above average. Attention to detail is important. Firstly check the TV (there was a reason it was switched off a the wall). Then if do need to inconvenience the customer provide as much help as possible and at least maintain the level of room.

What a fantastic, relaxing and beautiful place to stay. Staff were fantastic, food was amazing and the vibe was pure indulgence. Will definitely be back!

Paid 2k for a room that had the worst pillows and the bed was a rock with no bedhead aswell. Had a horrible view and also had staff try to enter room when I said im getting dressed please wait 5minutes, then 1 minute later they tried to enter again. Should of got a room on the lagoon pool if you ask me. Thats where its worth it. The facilities around the joint are elite but if you want a good night sleep Id consider other options.

Room was dirty and tired only 1 mug, 1 spare pillow, spa didn’t work, sauna didn’t work, needs outside high pressure hose on pavement, no pool service,

Nice place and facilities but tv not working, couldn’t work out how to use the phone (so just called the hotel on my mobile to order room service), little bugs all through the room but that’s just tropical I guess. Friendly helpful staff, great pool - All in all pretty good

Location great, walk to Mindil market. Private function noise was late and loud, we booked a quiet suite but loud music gave no prospect of sleep so we checked out at 11pm.

Great location on the beach, kind and helpful staff, good restaurant options, room is slightly dated.

Big suite

Room was excellent and clean, bed was comfortable, having access directly to the lagoon pool was very convenient. Dining options was ok food was lovely, just no lounge area to sit and relax with a coffee and cake. Not really walkable to CBD but only $10-$15 in Uber. Walking path along beach front is lovely and amazing to watch sunset. Rooms were quiet and couldn’t really hear neighbours. Drinks a little pricey but it is a resort.

Loved staying at The Mindil Beach Resort. Staff were amazing and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Restaurants and staff were very efficient with a variety of international foods. But the best features were the pools and stunning sunsets.

The pools and food are excellent

Staff were amazing at all times, made our stay very welcoming and we will be back.

Mindil Beach was excellent, great value for money, new pool area was fabulous, old one was nice too. Restaurants were all very very high standard, and never saw a staff member that didn't have a freindly greeting and a smile.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was fantastic.

The property is beautiful and located close to the city and Sunset Beach market. There are 2 pools, dining options, and the casino on site. Private beach area as well.
