깨끗하고 잘정리된 아파트 입니다..^^

8층이면 무족건 7층 이하로 내려달라고 하세요~ 엘레베이터 7층까지 있고 8층갈려면 계단올라가야됩니다

아파트형 호텔은 처음이었지만 부엌에 식기류를 포함해 생활에 필요한 도구들이 거의 모두 구비되어 있어 좋았다. 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰과 한인마트가 있어 식재료를 사와 요리를 해 먹을 수 있었다. 졸리먼트 역과도 가깝고 시티버스 정류장과도 가까워 교통에도 불편함이 없었다. 직원들도 친절했고 무엇보다 넓고 깨끗한 방이 마음에 들었다.

캔버라 센터 근처에 숙박하기에 무난합니다.

시내 중심가에 있어 위치도 좋았고 객실로 깨끗했습니다. 프론트 직원도 친절했고 호텔에서 셔틀도 이용할 수 있어 이동도 편히한 편입니다.

Great clean affordable

Centrally located to city centre. Reasonable sized, cosy apartment with all amenities you need.

There was an issue with others occupying incorrect parking spaces however the staff rapidly solved this with a minimum of fuss. Great customer service!

There was no where to park while you checked in. The hotel parking was full. I had to wait down the street then we parked in a parkade and had to walk to the hotel to check in. It was winter . The place did not look as advertised. Cracked floor tiles, rather dingy carpet. Kitchen and bathroom cupboards water stained. There was no spa . The pool was ok nice length but it was up several flights of grotty stairs and the ceiling over the pool was low and dimly lit. On top of that the Wifi was completely unreliable until the front desk clerk brought up a modem. I never write reviews but i had to this time. It was very disappointing after a long drive .

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nesuto Canberra while attending the NAIDOC basketball tournament for our son. The staff were absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their genuine care and positive attitude made us feel right at home. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location, making our busy tournament weekend so much easier. A big thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Nesuto Canberra to anyone visiting the area!

The room was good, very clean. Only issue we had was the water pressure in the bathroom sink and the kitchen sink was irregular and would sometimes splatter everywhere.

Great location, close to everything. The room is a bit dated . Staffs are friendly and helpful.

I’d recommend this hotel

Room was nice and big, looks a bit dated and need a few minor repairs, would be good to have nicer pillows and 2 of them and more choice on tea bags.

An older building with some ongoing repairs. The room was comfortable. Easy access to buses. Gym is due for some improvements.

Doesn’t have a spa or gym - a bit dated interiors but otherwise as advertised

Beautiful was an excellent hotel as it is adjacent to the Canberra Theatre centre

Great location and plenty of room.

Fabulous location. Beautiful view from the rooftop. 1 block away from canberra Square, the theatre and loads of great restaurants. The large, clean heated pool and the sauna were impressive. Staff are insite 24hours which is handy. Unfortunately, the apartment building is under significant structural repairs which isn’t ideal when paying a decent amount to stay there. There are hatches missing from the ceilings all the way through the hallways. Balcony doors in rooms are locked shut (cannot be opened) due to safety concerns. The shower drain did become blocked and flooded the bathroom floor. Other than that, the apartment itself was mostly good. It is old and could do with a freshen up, but it was delightfully clean and the beds were comfortable. Wind out windows and new ducted heating/air conditioning are welcome features.

Pretty basic but clean. Property was well located.
