Only 2 blocks away from the Fremantel Markets, and within walking distance of the Ship Wreak Museum and Maratine Museum. This hotel was excellent in all the major criteria but also excelled in smaller areas like Wine & Cheese in the evening, free breakfast and free coffee at reception.

An excellent hotel right in the centre of Fremantle. It’s walking distance to everything that Freo has to offer. The bedrooms were very well appointed, comfortable large bed, big bathroom and as we were upgraded at check in, we had the bonus of a balcony overlooking the local area. All the staff were great but a special mention needs to go to the manager, who I thought was excellent. He was very friendly and helpful, always offering advice or even some sweets to anyone who needed it. When I’m back in Freo, this is the place I’ll be staying in.

방에 들어가서 안내문을 읽어보니 최근 건물 리노베이션을 하고 있는것 같습니다. 깨끗해지는건 좋은데, 호텔 건물에 들어선 순간 미친듯이 페인트 냄새가 납니다. 엘리베이터와 복도는 방금 칠했나 싶을 정도로 페인트 냄새가 진동을 하고, 방에 들어가면 그나마 조금 낫지만 그래도 냄새가 심해 머리가 아픕니다. 여기서 자다가 죽거나 암에 걸리겠다는 생각이 자동으로 듭니다. 화장실이든 방이든 복도든 새로 다 페인트를 칠해서 가스실안에 들어와있는 기분입니다. 창문은 잠겨있어서 환기도 못합니다. 다음날 새벽 비행기라 잠깐 자고 가려고 예약했는데 머리가 아파서 도저히 잘 수가 없었습니다. 결국 당일 오후 11시에 방에서 나와 공항으로 가서 노숙했는데, 차라리 공항이 훨씬 쾌적합니다. 이렇게 페인트 냄새가 나는데 어떻게 숙박을 받는지 이해할 수가 없고, 어메니티에 일회용 칫솔과 면도기가 없는 호텔은 처음입니다. 화장실 수도꼭지는 덜렁거리고 침대 헤드는 다 벗겨져서 이게 싸구려 모텔인지 여관인지 구분할 수가 없습니다. 가격이 싼 것도 아니고, 지금까지 이런 호텔을 본적이 없을만큼 끔찍한 호텔입니다. 새벽까지 전혀 잘 수가 없었습니다. 굳이 좋은점이 있다면 직원은 친절하고 위치는 좋습니다만 그것뿐입니다. 리노베이션 끝날 때까진 절대 이용하지 마세요

Booked then once payment was taken was sent an email about how there's limited parking at the hotel. No Parking was available and there's no 24hr secure parking close by. Spent $160extra on parking and had to walk blocks to get the car not ideal and quiet scary at night.The place would suit someone without transport.Other hotels close by would of been cheaper with parking. It was clean and tidy and receptionist was nice

Property was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Situated right in the heart of Fremantle. Little touches like the continental breakfast and afternoon nibbles and drinks. First time staying here but would definitely stay again.

We stayed in the New Haus, where the rooms are a good size and we had a great view of the National Pub’s rooftop garden. The bed was fantastic, the faculties have been updated recently. There is no aircon in the bedroom, but the one in the living area was strong enough to cool the whole area. The welcoming drink is a nice touch and the Hougoumont vibe is good, as is the amazing location. Also, the parking, while $30 a day, was convenient and easier to use than a lot of hotel parking.

Staff were excellent. Brekkie was just enough. Location the best. The rooms..... Very tired. Shower door did not seal and water all over the floor. AC was not strong enough and needed a floor fan to move the air around the rooms.
