Comfortable bed, secure spot easy walking for meals

Located in a lovely leafy part of Adelaide with many dining options in nearby O'Connell St. Walking distance to Adelaide Oval. Parking on premises available on a first come basis. Very clean and modern studio apartment. Recommend.

Friendly helpful staff on arrival. Clean, comfortable, well appointed apartment with quality fittings. Lovely garden area at private entry. Minimal noise from neighbouring apartments, though it is under flight path. Nevertheless it is great value and we will be very happy to stay again 😀

I was on a work trip so convenient and walkable to main street with many food options. The staff were great, good that complex gate locked at night. The room was well stocked and cleaned daily, great coffee machine! One night noisy neighbours until midnight but that is not owners fault. I will return to this lovely gem in a nice area. Thank you for my pleasant stay

Very quiet. Transport near enough for an elderly person. Very good cafe for breakfast and lunch at reasonable prices.

It’s a great place to stay

Room is clean and spacious with updated furnishings. It can be quite loud, it may be worth bringing earplugs if you aren’t used to the sound of planes flying over.

The staff is kind, and she gave me an email about the check-in. A vending machine and the microwave are shared, but a mini-kitchen is in the room. Independent rooms stand in a row in a site, and the parking in the site is a first-come-first-served basis. With the big car, you need the skill at the time of the parking. The street in front is parkable by night. They are in the quiet, safe area. If you have the car, their location will be good for the trip around Adelaide.

Rooms are comfortable with a good bed and pillows. Good coffee machine and easy kitchen space. What i didn't like was the shower rose height being over 6ft high, impossible to adjust as kept twisting up. Also located on flight path with planes coming in from 6am to 11pm extremely noisy

It says free parking, however parking space is not big enough to accommodate all the guests. We have to park along the street as inside parking gets full every single day. It’s a first in best dressed.

Always a pleasant stay. I asked to check in early and was accomodated with my request. Easy check in and great clean studio room. Ill be back for sure. Location is great for my needs
