Our room was amazing - spotlessly clean, spacious, fantastic views, renovated beautifully, well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Best ocean view but bit expensive

Ocean view room on floor 14 was great, saw few whales from the balcony. Easy walkable location, opposite the beach! Brock communication was great and he was very pleasant and helpful. Will stay again!

Absolutely lovely place to stay and the hosts were so friendly. Gorgeous facilities, spectacular view. It would be nice for the rooms to have a coffee maker though.

Amazing ocean view, even seen a few whales! Apartment is close to everything, and close enough to everything Gold Coast has to offer. The self-contained apartment was modern and clean. The spa bath was a pleasant surprise. Outdoor hot tub was great after a long day. Staff were great, and friendly.

The manager Brock was so helpful and approachable. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked three nights last minute when other accommodation fell through and we were so glad that we did! Location is fantastic, close enough to Surfers but just out of the business. Light rail stop directly behind. Super clean, quiet and safe. Great managers. Amazing ocean view and kids loved the spa and pool. We will definitely be back!

What a little gem of an apartment. Brock and Bec the apartment managers were outstanding. They certainly made the stay very easy. Can’t wait to stay again.

This was the most amazing place to stay. We stayed for 5 days, and we will definitely be back. Check in was easy, the grounds and garden were immaculate. The pool and hotub were clean and fabulous. The hot tub/spa actually was hot, the last few places we stayed said they had a spa, and we assumed it would be warm, but no, just cold with jets. The lobby smells so good, like a tropical holiday. Brock was so nice and helpful, I saw him all over the property, making sure everything was perfect. The apartment was huge, we were lucky to get the corner, so we had amazing views all around us. The beds and furniture were comfy and my husband loved the giant tv. My favorite was the patio, as soon as I woke up, that was the place to be. What a view! Fun to people watch, or just watch the ocean. It's a 10 minute walk to Surfers Paradise and lots of shopping. Lots of dishes and cutlery in the kitchen. The only thing bad about Pacific Plaza is it ruined all other properties for us. We will forever be comparing them to this.

We arrived around 11pm.chek-in time is 2pm.the lady told us to leave our luggage which we did.and told us that they’ll send us an email when the room is ready.but we returned back at 1:30PM .wishing that we might have a chance to check in 20mins early,still the room is not yet ready.but the issue is..after waiting for cleaning to be done when we get in our room it was dirty.theres a hair in the drawer.and even the bed had a long hair.and it was dusty and saw the dead flies.the building is pretty old.and the carpet is outdated and dirty.was disappointed with the cleanliness.and the bed making me itchy for our entire stay..maybe need a bed bugs spray.and one more thing.ready your $200 dollar deposit.and it’ll takes 3-7 working days they said.when I asked the host she didn’t respond my text message at all.btw..the view is spectacular sea view.but the rails and chairs is dusty and dirty.i won’t stay here again.just my honest opinion and review.No stuff on Sunday.so prepare to dragged your suitcase if you checked out on Sunday.because there’s no place to leave your luggage.
