Overall, I'm satisfied. Breakfast buffet has better service than I thought, but there are fewer types of food, and the space is small, so you should be careful not to bump into it on the move Cleaning the room was uncomfortable because it started almost past 2 o'clock, but it was clean and there was no water provided at all
Location is wonderful very close to city center.

建物は古いけど綺麗にされていて、とてもよかった。どのスタッフもフレンドリーでした。
クラブラウンジも丁度良い感じで、ダーリングハーバーも綺麗に見えました。

Hotel room was spacious. Did not eat breakfast there so cannot comment. Hotel is walkable to Darling Harbour, city centre and Circular Quay/The Rocks. However Town Hall station is a short walk up Bathurst st, as is the Light Rail. Lots of restaurants at Darling Harbour. Very convenient stay in Sydney to attend shows at Capital Theatre and Theatre Royal. Would definitely recommend

Certainly wasn’t a bad stay but definitely didn’t love up to the previous reviews and ratings. The bathroom was really dirty (so much hair in the shower and bits in the bath) and the bed was very average comfort. One of my pet peeves is the duvet not being in a proper cover, it was just left floating between 2 flat sheets so obviously with wriggling toddlers it turns into a big tangle at 2am! We liked the view out of the window and the hot drink making station. And also the sustainable drinking water was awesome!

Hotel in convenient and central position. Near busy roads but rooms very quiet. Service in the Club lounge was excellent and the selection of dietary requirement foods at the buffet breakfast also excellent.
