숙박은 그럭저럭 괜찮은 편이었는데, 와이파이가 무료라 해놓고 용량 제한이 걸려있어 약간은 속은 느낌. 안내데스크가 너무 일찍 문을 닫아서, 키를 받을 방법이 막막해 한참 지체되었고, 전화도 한참 대기 후 연결이 되었고, 대화 중에 끊어져 다시 걸어야 했으며, 다시 걸었어도 또 대기 중. 결국 한참 지체 후 간심히 키를 받아 체크인을 할 수 있었음. 본인들은 이메일로 안내문을 보냈다고 하는데, 나중에 확인해보니 스팸처리 되어있었음. 호텔스,닷컴에서도 안내문을 보내주었더라면 이런 복잡스러운 상황은 안 벌어졌을텐데..

브리즈번 전시장에서 도보로 3-5분 거리에 있습니다. 각종 식당(일본식당, 베트남식딩, 인도식당)과 한국마트도 3분 거리에 있습니다. 큰 현지 마트와 여러 현지식당도 4분거리에 있습니다. 바로 앞에는 넓은 공원이 있습니다. 방안에는 전자렌지를 포함한 조리기구가 갖추어져 있어, 직접 음식을 해 먹을 수도 있습니다. 도심까지 걸어서 25분정도 걸렸습니다. Art Center, Museum까지는 걸어서 10분정도입니다. 아파트 호텔이라서, 호텔같은 서비스는 없습니다.

Good location, spacious rooms, easy parking, well organised.

Great value for money

This is my second stay at Parkview and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Fantastic location. Comfy bed. A bath! My only quibble is noise from other units and the corridor.

Close to transport and dining

Lovely short stay, convenient location and apartment had everything to meet my needs.

Great location, close to the Brisbane Convention Centre

Wonderful

We had a very plesant 2 night stay. Very easy check in and check out. Various dining options basically on your doorstep! Very quiet for being so close to Brisbane CBD. The bed was quite soft, but we still got quality sleep. Unit was bigger than expected which was a bonus - all we needed for 2 nights.

Always a good place to stay. Always clean, bed very comfortable, easy access internet. My only real criticism is that I’m 5’2” and the dryer (in my apartment ) was about 5’1” above the washer which means I’d have to use a step ladder (of a chair which is not safe) to access the inside of the dryer. There was also flaking paint in the bathroom which is an easy fix. The apartment complex is within easy walking distance to train stations, South Bank, restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, Brisbane river ferries and the city centre is also within walking distance. This was my third stay and I’ll return again. You need to book well in advance as the apartments are constantly booked out.

Reasonable value for money

Microwave needed a good clean but otherwise everything was good. Handy to where I needed to go, safe and parking available.

The proximity to the convention center, restaurants, and many attractions was amazing! I was able to walk everywhere. The property was also safe and my room was refreshed every day!

Only an 8 minute walk to Southbankand Lyric theatre.

Brilliantly located for the South Bank area and city centre. Slightly dated but spotlessly clean and comfortable. An excellent choice for the price.

We were put in a room that was below the road level. From the external glass door we were exposed to the street foot and car trafic and from the upper offices across the road. We had to keep the external door locked and the curtain drawn. We constantly heard street noise and people coming and going through the entrance. The air-conditioner had a thumping noise so we had to turn it off we had no other heating. The bathroom exhaust fan did not extract the steam even with the door slightly open. The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall. When I opened the cupboard the ironing board fell out and hit me. The receptionist was nice but could not help except to report to managment. We heard nothing.

This was very functional. Just up the road from the Convention centre (which was the reason I was in Brisbane) so worked very well from that point of view. Unit was fine - small courtyard & the only 'downside' was that the fridge was either too warm or too cold. Apart from that, everything went well.
