Room was fantastic. Everything we needed other than an iron! Excellent value. Check in / bar staff very friendly and efficient. We had drinks in the courtyard and dinner which was enjoyed by all. Overall no hesitation to recommend the Parky

Very spacious room. Quality bedding and amenities. The room I had was above the lounge and dining room with window opening in to Lords Place. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Parking in one of the Orange city council at the rear of the hotel

Room clean and renovated. Area safe and easy walk to food and shopping and close to nice park. Parking at rear of hotel is convenient.

Very comfortable, luxurious bed. Good sized room. Bathroom small but adequate, with lovely toiletries. Nice beer garden. Great position for what we needed. Negatives: Bathroom door didn't lock. No iron. Very sparse tea/coffee tray. We heard a persistent whining noise that we couldn't find the cause of. Dust bunny on back pillow. Good value for money paid and great night's sllep on amazing mattress.

Stay often, miss the museli bar and cookie, will keep staying i live in hope., but still great place with value fir money , good quality resturant as well.

Nice comfortable room. The largest fluffy bathroom towels! Great staff.

The room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Location is good.

Staff are great rooms are nice with modern bathroom. The only problem we had was pulled back the sheets at bed time to find the bed hadn't been changed after the previous person found blood on the top sheet and the bottom sheet was everywhere. Thanks to the young manager on that night who organised the lovely girls behind the bar to make our bed with clean sheets.

Gap between toilet lid and seat hasn't been cleaned for a while. Have stayed here a number of times so pretty disappointing to see standards slipping

The staff were friendly. We had a very enjoyable meal @ the bistro. I rated it 2 stars because we were disgusted with the condition of our room.there were blood stains on the carpet. The bed was uncomfortable & had what looked like a human stain on the quilt.the coffee cups were not clean

Bed &shower were great, although stains on the bed cover and carpets was off putting.

There was absolutely nothing one could fault with the room/bathroom etc. Exceptionally good value for money.

Clean spacious room, nicely renovated bathroom even though it was a little small. Staff were great. Great food and choices at the Bistro

All good except for he live music . However this did stop before midnight

Shops nearby

Sensational bed, pillows & shower. Cannot fault cleanliness. Our room above beer garden/outdoor dining - a little bit noisy as Hotel is very busy. Our meal was terrific.
