Frendly clean welcoming.

We had a family gathering and it was great for our one night stay in Geelong

Pulled up out the front. It didn’t look safe. Very rundown and looked in a bad state of repair. Didn’t even bother to go inside it was that bad.

This is an older building, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful if they had tried.

Property was awesome but don't book through expedia as they charge much more than the current rate of usd dollar. Book directly.

This was a last minute decision to stay here for my wife’s birthday. We chose this place due to the pool- for the kids! The lady at the counter was very nice- she offered us the 3 bedroom house- very clean and comfortable. But old and musky smell- couldn’t stay in one room due to the smell. The location of the house was next to a busy intersection- so couldn’t sleep due to cars and trucks flying past- plus the driveway is next to a blind corner- we nearly got smashed twice coming out of the driveway. The kids couldn’t swim as the pool was so rundown- green dirty bottom and broken tiles- and couldn’t sit outside - there was broken fly screens on the table. Like I said it was clean (apart from 100 smoke butts still in the ashtray on our balcony) and comfortable- but for $380 for one night- spend the extra $20 and stay at quest or similar. Never again!

close to spirit of Tasmania, convenient area, in a noisy location near main road, condition of room fair, carpet at front door freyed and a trip hazard, room smells musty, beds too soft, no bedside lamps,room appeared cluttered.

Staff were happy to fix any issues that popped up.

The venue was comfortable and the owner a lovely man. We would and definitely will stay here again.

The Owners and staff are really lovely and helpful. Had a great sleep, super comfy bed_woke up feeling like a queen and the grounds are well kept. Unbelievably good value.

Romm was OK but seemed to be under renovation. Thin walls, noisy. We arrived late, but had a key code to enter and we left early in the morning so didn't see any staff. The lady who organised the key code was fine.

This is a conveniently located motel with lots of eating options nearby and run by lovely caring people. It is on a main road but the rooms are very quiet. Has all the essentials that you need for your stay. Would not hesitate to return or to recommend to others. Thank you for taking such good care of me during my short stay.

There was old furniture and dirty laundry everywhere. Pool unusable and filthy. Reception like an episode of hoarders, staff could barely open the door. I was shocked at the amount of money I had to pay for the nights accommodation even though it was relatively cheap!

The friendly staff upgraded us from a single unit to the house. It’s a lovely family concern and I would recommend it to anyone.
