Where do I start? Very disappointing after reading the reviews. I didn’t want to share this but I feel it’s better to be honest sometimes about our experience as even our children complained. A cockroach flew out of the air con when I turned it on and was super noisy so we had to turn it off when sleeping. The couch was so old and sunken in we couldn’t even sit on it. Everything in the kitchen was filthy. The instructions after hours were abysmal in the rain with 2 buildings; we had no idea where we were going and had no one to ask being after hours up and down stairs and all around the property; the wifi didn’t reach the apartment we were in. The beds were clean and tidy; that was the best part. Other than that I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

The service was great and the rooms were alright, slightly dated bathroom but the shower was pretty good. The beds were soft and I had trouble sleeping all night, if they replace the beds then I would consider coming back.

The carper was dirty. Bathroom sink is very small

Was unable to stay at this property as it was nowhere near what they had listed. Staff were very rude and abrupt, were not interested in helping client receive suitable help. Very, very poor customer service

Property was good but the only way to rooms from car park is very steep stairs so hard to get to rooms with luggage.After 6pm reception is closed so again only way to rooms is the stairs .Staff were very friendly and rooms nice and clean

Stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Spa Suite. Quick, easy and friendly check in. The Suite was a great size - really big living area and bathroom. Very comfy king size bed. Great location between Nelson and Shoal bay. Lots of free parking. Would definitely stay again.

Worked well for an overnight stay.

Rooms did not have toasters or tissues the smoking area was not cleaned the whole time we stayed. No lift so there were lots of stairs to climb.

Asked for no stairs and was put up 2 flights. They said they did not get my request. Laundry and toaster avaiable but we were not told this on check in.

Moderately priced and ticked all the boxes.

I booked in for a night so its ok with value for money.

The bathroom showers tap was leaking hot water from the wall, it took a long time to adjust the temperature of the water while having a shower, the fan was very noisy.

Nothing special,not close to much at all
