Very poor services. They don’t clean the room had to clean myself, no coffee unless you requested. Receptionist brings her children over . She doesn’t stay at the office nothing works

Worst room I’ve ever seen. Holes in wall. Dirty room. List goes on. Packed my things and left. Photos need updated on website. Do not stay here!

Over priced for what it is

It was ok for what I needed. Close to hospital. Room is very basic. Tea & coffee area needs an upgrade. No proper cups, just 2 disposable ones. Will use it again just for the convenience. Bed was comfortable though.

Property was near where i had to be. Room was under furnished. No table/desk or small cupboard to pack clothes. Sink was coming detached from wall. Amenities was very basic. Paid a extra $50 deposit when checking in, which was not refunded. Made a full payment of $548 when I booked room. For the amount paid I could have booked a hotel room with much more amenities.

The room was dirty. Cockroaches seen in the bathroom. Tap in the bathroom sink not attached. Toilet pedestal moved when in use. Husband had a fall in the bathroom due to toilet pedestal moving and ended up with a C5-C6 neck injury. We left the motel via ambulance at 0500am.

Business name is deliberately misleading as the place is nowhere near the city. Place is run by indians so customer service is poor and they have the nerve to ask for a security deposit for a business customer who has paid in advance. Building appears to be a former office that has been refitted as a motel. Located in the middle of suburbia behind a metal fence. Accordingly it looks nothing like a motel and the pictures are very deceptive. room was mediocre. Bare minimum coffee ( only 2 sachets!) and no tea. Place has been renovated in typical gaudy indian style but has been done on the cheap and never finished off with paint splashes and tape all over the place. Bathroom door made of what seemed to be soft fibreboard with holes in it. Worst sleep i have ever had in a motel. Bed had only 2 small lumpy pillows and the main sheet on the bed was missing. No staff around to fix the issue. Doors not properly fitted and banged all night. so much so i had to get up and push a chair and my backpack against the door. Glad to be out of there and will not be returning.

Awful property. Changed rooms as tv wasn’t working. Still had rubbish in bin. Second room didn’t have a top sheet and bottom sheet was dirty. Curtain hanging back to front and dirty towel still in bathroom. Window didn’t lock and no fly screen on it.

Stuff was very rude and ended up going to another hotel.

Our door was rattling all night. Could not close our bathroom door Curtain hanging off No towels, but had a bath mat Bed and linen were clean and comfortable Walls very thin could here the guy three doors down coughing (not nice) Airconditioner was toasty warm

We struggled to find the office as we arrived at night. Called ahead to tell them our arrival time. Our GPS got us in the parking lot & qe were seen on their out door cameras but no one came to our rescue . We thought we were in the wrong place so left and could not find another drive or sign that said office so called again & they said come back as they seen us on camera. So flustrating she had my phone # why did she not call me when she seen us on camera our simply come outside & enquire who we were & why were walking around the property. The bedding was dirty discussed we were not afforded clean sheets & a clean blanket. Will not be back.

Horrible place. Horrible people. Horrible service. Horrible staff.

Disgusted to say the least. First no one at reception, had to wait nearly an hour for them to come and check me in. Get into the room via the cigarette smelling hallway, loose hairs still in the bathroom, sink nearly falling off the wall, sink drain had a cigarette butt inside, walls with drip lines of filth... never again.

Clean but badly maintained. Very small room. No top sheet on bed. Friendly staff. I wouldn't say there again

Made the booking for my friend. Staff rude, no change was given as they had no change, the room reeked of bleach and it was extremely small and cramped. I can stay in a hotel cheaper than the price I paid here for two nights.
