Quite a lot,needs a good do over of the whole

Huge room, great location

I’ve never stay at a worse place in my life disgusting service , room was nerver made up up no towels no soap Terrible place run down , payed for a spa as I was doing a race , and it was out of order like everything else , not happy

The room was excellent ,spacious and comfortable.it even had a spa which was unexpected for the value price we paid ..thx to staff at Pinnacle holiday lodge

The laundry was shocking condition, there was kangaroo poo everywhere around the grounds,front door of my room in poor condition, bathroom shower door did not operate properly. Room was dark, outside awning over the bedroom was heavily built up with mould and dirt. The reception had an or out of body odour, and spices. Was a bit disappointing.

was clean, just that its been their a while the only thing needs and up date. example bathroom

The location is fantastic as it is a very easy walk to all amenities and includes parking allocations.

Right next to National park with clean an really comfortable accommodation. It was fantastic

The gentleman in reception was very kind in all communications. Especially for our wellbeing, driving over late, into some terrible weather. The service even impressed my 12yr old daughter! “He’s so nice, mum.” The location was central to everything you can do in halls gap.

I didn’t have hot water. Difficult to contact them, not in office then phone message back full. Eventually contacted them. Must admit they up graded me to a better room that had a nice hot shower and spa

Needs some work done in rooms, plumbing and fixtures in shower needs fixing. Otherwise the room was big and roomy

A great stay. The room was massive and perfect for my needs. So close to everything and yet very quiet. It's in a lovely garden setting too which adds to the peaceful feel. The staff were very kind allowing early check in which was a great help to be able to drop luggage off.

Have been staying at Pinnacles for 25 years, the property is dated but still satisfactory however it is time they updated the mattress and the towels.need to do some maintenance

The facility was good the fake fire place didn't work

On arriving at check in time the office was unattended and had to call and wait to check in. Room was VERY dated. Linen was VERY old and towels were thread bare and frayed. Pillows and quilt were so thin. Shower did not get past luke warm and the noise from the pipes was so loud. Split system did not work properly and my partner checked the filters which were SOOOO thick with dust. We washed these in the kitchen sink and then it worked fine. Position wise the property was in the heart of town. You definitely get what you pay for here!

The size of the room was a bonus; our group of 6 were able to meet together comfortably in one room
