The place was fantastic! Excellent view and very very comfortable room. Perfect for a week stay and included everything we needed. Will be coming back for sure 😊. The staff were very friendly and courteous (especially the grounds man and receptionist). Stunning view from our room and the pool. Also extremely close to the Main Street and everything we needed was a short walk, the uphill walk back is an exercise though: Very very very much recommend.

The view from our room was nothing short of amazing. We had a single suite with sea view which was located right in front of the pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
In particular, Sue, made out stay that much more comfortable. She helped me setup champagne, roses, and chocolate in our room before our arrival which I was able to surprise the wife with for our honey moon. The room is very spacious and has everything you need for a short to long term stay.
I highly recommend for anyone planning to stay as the resort is suitable for couples, and families alike. Even a group of friends will find the facilities comfortable and located in a great position near Airlie Beach.

The property is quiet and with big kitchen area. Very close to WWS, we enjoyed the ocean view by eating at the balcony on the first night we arrived, felt like peaceful as own home.
When we call the manager regarding stove use, the response is quick and efficient.
We really enjoyed the stay with the property. Strongly recommended.
If there is a little bit cooking oil is provided in the kitchen, it would be greatly appreciated.

A good space for a couple to spend a week. Bright, clean, quiet and with great views from the balcony. Be prepared for a stiff uphill walk if you're on foot.

Helpful staff plus fantastic views and facilities. The only disadvantage is a bit of walk up the steep hill from reception and as well from the streets. However, a cab helps and the view defly worths the effort

This was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon. The view was breathtaking! To get that stunnning view the location is on a hill so my calves got a workout but the cabs in the area are quick and cheap.
The staff were great and accomodating and the apartment was lovely. Highly Recommended!

A very lovely 2 bedroom with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Walkable (down hill) to restaurants and shopping on main road. However going back to your room, you will be walking up 2 steep hills. My husband had to uber up which is totally fine. Ubers are definitely cheaper than a taxi. Thank you to Lee at the reception office who was so kind and helpful. She will drive you up to your room upon arrival with your luggage. We ate dinner at KC’s bar and grill and we enjoyed their food.

Our stay at pinnacles was exceptional. The infinity pool was the perfect temperature with the best view of Airlie Beach and Islands. Apartment was perfect for a family of 4. Very nice bathrooms and good size bedrooms with views. Easter eggs for the kids, cheese and crackers for the parents, a nice touch. Communication was great and so was the discount card for tours. But, be prepared for a steep walk to apartments, but worth staying here for the views and pool. Awesome. We'll be back.

Personalen var super trevlig och hjälpsam. Boendet var stort och rymligt, lägenheten var hyfsad ren. Enbart själva toaletten som var mindre ren. Hotellet befinner sig väldigt högt upp och det är en väldigt brant bit upp från huvudvägen. Personalen körde upp ens väskor till boendet.
