The room was beautiful, lovely presentation and clean. The restaurant was well appointed, offering a delicious menu while enjoying the sea views.

Accessible? Yes but it's very hilly, be warned if you have a wheelchair. We stayed in a lakeside cabin, beautiful afternoon seating but careful that the beach bridge was visible from the room. The glass doors were amazingly soundproof (but the between room doors were not). Bathroom was very clean and lovely (bedsheets had some sand?). Staff were lovely and helpful --and the spa was well worth it. The restaurant was tasty and well presented, beautiful evening views. Note: seagulls roam if you eat outside.

I did not get to stay at the Pullman and took protection cover in case we were unable to make it. They are now not honouring my travel protection and are charging me for not staying. Appalling given I was covered according to the communication.

Overpriced: will seek different accommodation next time.

Buffet breakfast food lukewarm at 7.00am

It is indeed 5-star resort.

We had an amazing stay at the Pullman. The only negative of our experience was that our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there (3 days), and also we were not impressed by the food at all. We got better food at nearby wineries and breweries for lunch and dinner which was disappointing for a 5 star resort. The staff were all wonderful and the resort location and surrounding grounds are beautiful and well looked after.

Amazing staff and venue

The breakfast was a hit and miss everyday. The first morning was okay, not a huge selection but okay. The next few days the omelette was way over cooked and staff were struggling to replenish the breakfast so lots of guest standing around waiting for food. Room was okay clean, but needs a serious update, a few lights not working, toilet not flushing properly, wardrobe sliding doors didn’t slide so we didn’t use the wardrobe. The door handle was loose and overall the room looks dated and old. Staff were okay, but did seem over worked and tired.

This stay was “fine”. Admittedly we didn’t have great weather but it certainly felt like this place probably had its heyday 20yrs ago. Nice big room, good as a base for walking Naturaliste national park for sure, but otherwise it felt a bit flat. Very good breakfast but dinner was incredibly average for above average prices and absolutely no “vibe”.

Good location for exploring Margaret river region. Good quality hotel, service was very good at times. However during a busy morning breakfast period the service was poor and this issue was reported to staff. On this basis they kindly provided complimentary evening meal. I appreciated this. However the couple we were with complained about the quality of the meal. Bar these issues, overall a good 5 night stay

Our stay at Bunker Bay was a beautiful bush setting which attracted us to stay. The studio room was spacious; kitchen well equipped for self catering. It is a large resort to walk around & staff are available to transport via a golf buggy if mobility is poor. Please note it is a 10km drive from Dunsborough into accommodation, however worth it.

During our stay at the hotel, my wife and I fell sick and had food poisoning. I was impress by one of the staff when I called them at 5am and requested for some assistance; I asked if I can purchase a ginger ale at that odd hour to help relief me and my wife stomach discomfort. To my surprise a staff I believe by the name Lin came by my room in an instant, delivering some ginger ale and some hot water. This helped me recover. Throughout my stay, I would get wellness calls by the manager to see if I’m ok. I truly appreciate the staff for doing this. Apart from that, all the staff we encountered were amazing. Always smiling; and always very friendly to my infant child. Thank you for the amazing stay, and once again thank you for taking care of us
