Pullman Melbourne City Centre

It was okay. However, view was not good.

멜버른 시내 중심에 있어 교통, 레스토랑, 식료품점이 밀집하여 있습니다. 차량이 있는 경우 호텔주차는 불가하고 한 블럭 거리에 주차타워에 주차해야 합니다. 호텔에 하루 20불을 내면 이용가능합니다. 호텔시설은 매우 깨끗하였고 친절하였습니다. 다음에 멜버른에 다시 오게되면 다시 방문할 생각이 있습니다.

Location of as fantastic

Really wonderful hotel, right in the heart of China Town and central to just about everything. Room was very clean, service is impeccable throughout stay. Beds and pillows were all great. Access to city is handy, can go exit either side. More food and shops than you can ever dream of. Melbourne is seriously dense with options. Of course, being in an area with extreme foot traffic and things to do, you should expect the relevant level of noise. We stayed weekend to weekday and it really makes no difference, the city is alive every day. You will hear music, trams and general city life. We have a white noise machine and that worked just fine, slept great. I also want to give credit to their excellent AND functional digital presence. From the pre-check in website (which let you add various things without any payment details, excellent anti-phishing idea). To the self-service kiosk, which is fast, responsive AND accurate, it can also handle a lot of options. It just really stands out, best one I've ever used. Whole family agreed, if we ever go to Melbourne, we're staying here!

Great hotel located right in the city centre. Staff were excellent, helpful and well knowledgeable. Went the extra step to provide the feeling that nothing was to much to ask for. Carlos from Guest Services truly made the experience at the hotel wonderful. He was great in providing options for all our needs especially as we had to balance with kids and parents. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Terrible overall experience! Firstly, the bath towels we get everyday are extremely dirty and disgusting, looks like previous customers used it to wipe shoes or something else! Refer to the photos. Secondly, some of the receptionists are not very friendly to deal with (only one we met had a smile on her face) when I raised the issue of dirty towels in our bathroom, she totally ignored and kept on change to a different subject when I spoke to her. Thirdly, omg the noises you get from outside after midnight is a total joke, I understand the trams close late, but other noises around the areas are unbearable, you’ll need ear plugs to be able to fall asleep. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here, there’s so much more other hotels around the area. First time here and it will be our last!

Decent hotel in a very central location. If you're visiting for business or pleasure, should be an ideal place.

Great location and so easy to get to lots of attractions

Excellent in all respects. I was on annual footy trip with two teenage grandsons and the hotel gave us complimentary brekkies and a late checkout. Greatly appreciated all round. We’ll be back next footy season. Thank you sincerely.

The location is good and inside China town. The room is spacious and well renovated. The breakfast is made by order. Only the parking is located in Wilson Parking with 5 to 10 minutes walk.

Everything was just top shelf. The staff were particularly helpful and made things so easy. Check in was a breeze, immaculate and clean room. We had a drink on the rooftop bar which was nice. Breakfast at Eva's was included and there was a great range of choices. Aimed at Western style diet. Juices were freshly squeezed. We left our luggage with no hassle on last day and they arranged taxi, even writing down the number we were to utilise. We will definitely be back and use this product into the future. Worth the few dollars more for sure. Also the gym was outstanding

Clean rooms with plenty of space, nice big bathroom. Everything you need close by and accessible.

Excellent stay. Literally in the heart of Chinatown so plenty of food choices. Public transport is everywhere so needing a car isn't really required.

Was expecting more from Pullman, staff worked there but not with much passion.
