3월에 special offer 받아서 저렴한 가격으로 예약해서 잘 이용하였습니다. 처음에는 차이나타운안에 있다고 해서 더럽고 시끄러울까봐 걱정했는데 오히려 장점이 더 많았어요. 시끄럽지는않고 주변에 구경거리나 극장, 맛있는 식당이 많고 시내 중심지여서 교통도 너무 편하고 좋아요. amenities 역시 빨래나 설거지 세제까지 제공하고 네스카페 캡슐 커피도 제공해서 아침마다 맛있는 커피로 식사할 수 있어요. 다른 호텔과 달리 세탁기와 드라이어가 욕실에 있어 빨래를 원할때마다 할수 있어요. 그 호텔에 더 있고 싶었는데 소통의 문제로 다른 호텔을 예약한 후에 디스카운트와 방 업그레이드를 제안받아 아쉬워요. 아래 사진은 호텔 체크아웃 전에 찍은 사진들입니다.

Small room with an even smaller cooktop and a balcony with room for two feet only. Poor ventilation when cooking and only one small pan to use. The bed was so soft you bend in the middle giving you a sore back after 10 mins. After pointing out fire system non compliance, they ensured urgent rectification. Staff very helpful with information and direction, and is in the heart of the Asian precinct. Recommended if you’re going to the theatre.

I had a studio suite and it was very adequate for one person, though the kitchen was a bit cramped but there are too many amazing restaurants steps away to spend time in the kitchen. The apt was a little dated but i noticed in a note in the elevator that apartments will be getting upgrades so that is good to know as some updates are . But overall it was an enjoyable experience and good value for the money

Go at your own risk. The room overflow drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom. Call to the Punthill emergency line and they didn’t even offer a follow-up call to let me know if a plumber was coming or not until i prompted that it was 9pm and wanted to sleep! Wrote to manager about the problem and have had no reply since.

Good location and staff, unfortunately the room I had must have recently been used to cook some very fragrant foods as the smell had taken over the place and it is in desperate need of airing out which was hard to do on a wet cold night.

On arrival stepping out of lift to our floor , it smelt disgusting , like sewage. Got into the room and couldnt smell it. Oped the blinds to see an alley way with garbage so there was no view. The bed was super comfortable, like a 10 out of 10. Couch had a spring near popping out that you wouldnt want to sit on. Area was quiet noisy on weekend. Water preasure in shower was great. Close to theatre so was ok to walk to . Didnt relise it was in china town . Over all it was an ok stay.

Although cheap id expect the appartment to be clean. Dust on the stove, not being wiped clean down properly, alot of dust and crap under the bed and couch as if it is too hard to move to clean under. My key fell in to the couch and to my suprise it was filthy with previous peoples food waste rubbish chips and crumbs. I didnt expect a 5 star hotel but the cleanliness of it really needs to be addressed.
