그리고 조용한 위치에 있습니다
바로 앞에 위치한 몰에 여러 식당이 있어 식사하기도 좋고요~!

옆 방 소리가 잘 들리고 스튜디오식이라 너무 추웠던 거 빼면 친절했고 예뻤고 편했고 위치도 훌륭했습니다!

Absolutely delighted with my stay! I wasn’t sure what to expect given the fantastic price, but this place is truly a hidden gem in an excellent Melbourne location. Easy to access, with a cosy loft-style vibe and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, the shower was fantastic, and the high-quality toiletries were a lovely touch. Everything was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also felt completely safe walking back alone at night. Perfectly situated for concerts or sporting events at Rod Laver Arena, with great eateries just two doors away. I honestly can’t fault it—will definitely be back!

일반아파트가.아니라.사무실건물을.개조한 숙박시설.. 그래서 시멘트벽으로 되어있어 아늑한 느낌이.없다. 그리고 방음이.안되서.밤늦게 길거리 소음으로 수면이.좀 불편했고.. 8월에 도착한날은 추웠음.
그리고 3베드룸이자만 욕실이.1개여서 5명숙박시 불편햤다 그나마 화장실이 분리되어서 그나마.다행이였음.
또 샤워부스가 너무 좁아 씻기가 불편. 샤워기가 좀 부실.
그대신 위치가 좋아서 왠만한장소는 도보가능하고.
가격도 비싸지않고 프런트도 친절하고 근처에 맛집도 많고 그런장점이.많음.
전반적으론 좋았음.
3베드룸으로 5~6인 숙박에.무리없는 크기였음
단 제일 창가침대는 외풍이.너무 심해 자기가 어려움
단지 1호라인 방은 야간길거리소음은 불편했음

위치도 좋은데에 있어서 전반적으로 편했어요 확실히 그냥 호텔들보단 크고, 세탁기랑 건조기도 있어서 여행 중간에 옷들 한번 세탁 싹 할수 있었고. 다만 세면대 물이 잘 안내려가더라구요. 그거말곤 정말 다 괜찮았어요

세탁기 사용 문의를 했을 때도 바로 방으로 방문하여 해결해 주셨습니다.

Stayed here for the Australian Open. Great location, only a short walk to Melbourne Park.
Some of the features of the room felt a little dated - the TV could use an update.
Shower/bath combination was a little difficult to get in and out of which could be an issue for people with mobility issues.
Overall a pleasant and convenient stay. :)

Great location, just steps away from everything you need, and parking across the street is very convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the bed was noticeably comfortable. The apartment was clean, though the carpet and kitchen could use some updating. My room was located down several flights of stairs with no elevator access, so if accessibility is a priority, I’d recommend confirming your room’s location in advance.

You haven’t updated your internet and I couldn’t work, I wasn’t the only person sitting on the steps as couldn’t get reception on my own net or use your wifi, made my stay really difficult
However the young, very attractive Indian woman at the desk was outstanding.

Staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in.
The ironing board needs replacing. After traveling from interstate, I needed to iron 2 sets of shirts and slacks. The ironing board was falling apart and what foam was left on it crumbled off and the stand would not stay up (photos attached). I only stayed for 2 nights however was not able to get much sleep on either night. There was light coming in from construction lights left on next door however this was not the problem. During the entire stay rats/mice were scratching and scurrying in the walls and bedhead above and next to the righthand side of the bed in the corner near the bedroom wardrobe.

This place would be great except the blinds in the lounge room are completely see through so you have zero privacy. When you have the entire side of the room as a huge window and you are across from two major hotels/buildings you can't relax when everyone is able to watch you.
I wouldn't stay again only because of this. If they do get proper blackout blinds then I definitely would, other than that it's spacious and clean, nice rooms.
