가격도 괜찮고 시설도 나쁘지않은데 시티중심부까지 거리가 다소 아쉽습니다.

트램정거장 근처임. 주변에 식사하고 커피를 즐길수 있음. 빅토리아 마켓과 가까움

공간이 너무 협소해 숨이막힘... 사진보다 너무 차이남 밤늦게는 뜨거운물 샤워 못함 에어컨은 미지근한 바람나옴 주방팬은 작동하지않음....

정말 최악의 호텔이였다!!!!! 여긴 호텔이 아니라 그냥 동네 아파트에서 작은방을 렌탈해주는 곳이다. 호텔에 머무는 6일동안 단한번도 호텔에서 방청소를 해준적이 없다. 그저 수건만 가져다 놓을뿐 청소도 안하고 휴지도 채워주지 않는다. 그리고 호텔은 프론트데스크가 아침에 열어 저녁 5시만되면 퇴근해 버린다. 호텔이 머물면서 불편하거나 서비스등 문의할 사항에 생겨도 연락할 곳이 없다. 즉, 저녁에 만약 무슨 문제라도 생기면 알아서 혼자 해결해야 한다. 그리고 가장 최악이였던건 호텔에서 멜버른공항으로 아침에 떠나야 해서 버스픽업 예약을 했다. 체크아웃 전날 프론트에 다음날 새벽에 버스를 불러달라고 부탁을 했고 버스가 픽업을 올 경우 어디에서 타야하는지 알려달라고 물어본뒤 호텔 직원이 주차장에서 다음날 오전 5시 30분에 타면 된다는 내용과 버스픽업 예약을 하겠다고 대답해서 안심하고 다음날 새벽에 호텔 주차장에서 5시 15분 부터 6시까지 기다렸지만 버스는 오지 않았다. 공항에 6시 30분까지 도착해야 했는데 호텔측 말만 듣고 계속 기다렸다면 비행기를 놓치고 말았을 것이다. 그나마 택시를 타고 공항까지 가서 간신히 도착 했지만, 새벽 시간에는 모두가 퇴근하고 없는 호텔 프론트에 왜 버스가 안오는지 확인 할수도, 항의할수도 없이 그냥 속수무책으로 당할수 밖에 없었다. 정말이지 최악의 호텔이였고, 호주 멜버른 여행을 준비하는 모든 지인들에게 절대 CITY EDGE NORTH MELBOURNE APARTMENT HOTEL 은 이용하지 말고 쳐다도 보지 말라고 말할것이다!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn’t really get to interact with any staff. When I got to my room there was no toilet paper and no staff to ask for some as I searched front desk and all could not find anyone. The room did smell like mice as we walked in. But after airing it out it smelt better. Shower door did not close all the way properly.

Room was so dirty and had a horrible smell, they obviously were aware because balcony door was left open to air it out

The room was a bit tired and could do with a freshen up but it was at least clean and tidy, good location with Tram outside. Staff friendly and helpful.

I’m afraid the room wasn’t very clean.so much dirt under the bed, finger prints on the door, broken mirror that had loose pieces of glass,window sill was putrid.Wifi didn’t work with the 2 passwords we were given.Yes the kitchen had what we needed.Beds were comfortable.

I booked a one-night stay about two months in advance and requested parking at the time. The hotel called on the same day to confirm that parking would be available and that I could pay on arrival. However, when we arrived yesterday, there was no note on my booking about the parking request, and we were told no spots were available. This completely threw off our plans, as we had a concert to get to and had timed everything around being able to arrive, park, and get ready. Instead, we had to scramble to find alternative parking that would allow us to leave the car for the day and overnight, which added unnecessary stress to what was meant to be a relaxing weekend away. The staff member at the front desk was polite and apologetic, but unfortunately that did not solve the issue. The room itself was simple but clean and comfortable. It had a small kitchenette with a sink, stove top, microwave, and fridge, which was handy. The bathroom, however, was incredibly small. There was barely enough space to move, and I had to sit sideways on the toilet. If I were a larger person, getting in and out of the shower or using the toilet would have been extremely difficult. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and check-out was quick and easy.

The room was perfect for what we needed. Woolworths Metro across the road and nearby public transport stops was very handy.

Excellent Hosts, place was clean and neat and was serviced with my long stay.All appliances servicable hot plates, kettle, toaster, clothes iron and board, hairdryer, medium to large fridge, excellent air on and Smart TV with Utube and fresh set of batteries included. Plenty of room for everything even to hang the clothes. Well stocked and serviced with toileteries, tea, cofee, milk etc including full cutlery, cooking pots, pan and cutting board etc. Internet was fast an free. I arranged a very early morning call time with reception which was well organzed and on que. Staff at reception, helpful, friendly, effective and efficient. Pleasant and memorable stay. Will do again sometime. Easy access to tram network and within a 35 metres and a very easy spot to be, even VIC market about 200 metres walk. Overall a very pleasant and good stay. Also, appreciated the excellent lighting fuxtures and mode of operation. The double curtains with drapes were an effective and great buffer in blotting out any sound for a very good nights sleep and nice sliding doors to the small balcony. Maybe, the only draw back, even slight to a perfect 5 star score was a slight stein on the eiderdown I found when i moved in, otherwise , excellent and reasonable priced accomodation.
