Garden-like, quiet property near the airport. Much nicer than I was expecting. Restaurant was good, staff were friendly. Comfortable bed

I have stayed at the property many times and have been quite happy; however, last night, my room unfortunately smelled of cigarette smoke. I think the ashtray box on the wall outside was the problem, and the wind/draft around the door allowed the smell inside. I'll hope for a better room next time.

Very heavy traffic which leads to freeway.

Good place to stay if easy access to airport is required.

Very clean room. All facikities in excellant working order. In the middle of a cold snap the inverter ensured I stayed warm & comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that we would happily stay again. We are already looking at how we include a stay on future visits to Melbourne. The hotel shuttle bus from the airport is a very efficient service - just called the hotel and the little bus turned up about 10-15mins later in the peak hour. Very good! The nice driver even insisted that he load/unload the bags. Check in was simple and quick and the lady on reception was very helpful and welcoming. We even got a room upgrade - score! The room was very spacious and newly renovated. The bathroom was clean and well arranged and, unlike other places, the shower screen actually worked and stopped the water escaping the recess. The hotel bar was quite good but the restaurant was the real find - great food (our Parmas were huge & tasty - $25!!) and very reasonably priced (bottle of lovely Shiraz $22!!). This is great hotel and would recommend.

Stayed here after arriving back from Townsville in the evening. As usual from check in to check out, it was faultless. Made so by the fantastic staff there. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Great place for convenience. Had an early morning flight and chose to stay here and get shuttle bus to airport. Walking distance to long term parking, great staff and clean room with a comfy bed. Highly recommend and will stay again.

早朝でも送迎をしてくれたので助かりました。カトラリーを借りるためにフロントに電話をしたのですが、とても対応が良かったです。 交通機関を使用する際に必要なmykiカードをフロントで貸してくれます。（カード代AUD6分が節約できました）カード残金がマイナスの場合もあるので、複数枚借りるのをオススメします。また、地下鉄の駅で入金前に残金のチェックをした方がよいです。
