Truely was an old style pub accommodation

Because I was so pissed off with the staff there and the way I was treated I did not eat or do anything there all I did was go out have my dinner elsewhere stay out elsewhere come back only to sleep and leave in the morning the stay was pretty good though except that it was bunk beds not just an ordinary single bed and I kept banging me head on the top bunk very difficult sit on the edge of your bed doing something

Carpet was sticky. Aircon was noisy. Room was tiny. Only had a sink in there (hot water only). Shared male bathroom was also used by pub goers. Would never stay here again. However, staff were very friendly and the meal was nice. Go for a feed. Don’t sleep there.

Room was basic, however air conditioner took 90+ minutes to cool the room slightly, due to it regularly cutting out and was quite noisy. No TV in rooms. Bathrooms are rather open and shower doors are quite see-through. You get what you pay for with this hotel. However staff were very friendly and efficient. Food was delicious.

The sheets provided are clean. Food downstairs is good. Noise from the aircon machines outside the window, and the people chatting from the rooms next door can be clearly heard. The Friday night live band show up to 2am is inconsiderate for upstairs sleepers.

Staff were great and food was delicious. Room and amenities were less than ideal.

It's pretty good how they deal with their limitations, it's still very comfortable.

You are not paying top dollar, so shouldn't expect 5 star. It is a safe place to sleep at night. It is aircon and safe. It is an old building some it is rough around the edges, but it is better camping out in the cold. Great location and near so many good restaurants.

Cigarette smoke permeating the rooms as well as no light bulb in thr ceiling light and no lamp either.

Love the charm of the old outback pubs/hotels! From the slightly creaky floors to the very high ceilings and the wrap around timber balcony, it feels like you've stepped back in time when you stay at the Queen Arms Hotel. There's also a quaint little courtyard which houses a pool table (free!), along with ample seating, and pleasant mix of background music which adds to the holiday atmosphere. Great food and drinks complimented with good old fashioned service. Love it and will definitely book again when passing through Roma.
