it is connected at 4th F to Marvel stadium to Southern cross station. Outlet us very close and harbour side is very nice view. Tram station is near. the room was small but it has kitchen and laundry machine which we can use conveniently.

Location was good, very handy, close to Southern Cross station. Staff were nice. I ended up having to move rooms because the room I had booked had a connecting door to the adjoining room and you could hear the neighbour. I wish this information had been clear when making the booking. Apparently all of their studio apartments have adjoining doors to other rooms. One bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen had all utensils. TV was 55 inches I believe which is quite generous.

The noise from the plumbing from other rooms could be heard loudly at times in the early AM, which could have just been our room and not all rooms, and in hopes that was just that room.. we will definitely be booking this Quest as our Melbourne accommodation for future trips as the rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was great (Southern Cross platforms approx 5 min walk, Higher Ground Coffee across from southern cross exit, and with Marvel Stadium literally at the back entrance we decided to last minute go to the arvo AFL game that was on purely based on being right there) Staff were friendly.

All good except the telephone wouldn't dial out i could get anyone.

The staffs are very friendly.

The staff, as always, were pleasant, efficient and helpful. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. The apartment, a two bedroom apartment, was roomy and comfortable. I have stayed there many times and it will continue to be my first choice.

Very clean room very spacious had everything beds were comfortable. Staff were so nice. We accidentally slept in way past check out time our apology was greeted with a smile. Found my new place to stay in Melbourne:-) I have already booked for another stay great prices.

Great location for the purpose of our trip.

Overall, we had a really good stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the location honestly couldn’t be better — it’s about a 5-minute walk to Southern Cross Station and DFO, and literally like 1 minute to Marvel Stadium which was so convenient. The reception staff were amazing as well. They let us leave our bags before check-in and even after we checked out, which made everything so much easier while we were out shopping and expolring. The only small downsides were that there wasn’t air conditioning, so the room did get a bit hot, and the bed and pillows were quite firm — a bit like sleeping on a brick. Not the most comfortable sleep, but still manageable for a short stay. Overall, a great spot mainly because of the location and really helpful staff.

Everything was good but had some noise that

I visited Melbourne for the AFL football & some shopping. Staff at Quest were lovely both at check in and check out! I was supposed to stay over Easter but had an emergency at home on day of booking on contacting the front desk I was allowed to change my stay till this weekend gone. I am very grateful for that. Room was ready early for me on Sat. After quickly settling in I walked down to South Wharf to the new DFO shops. On returning to the hotel I discovered Fiona’s cafe opposite Marvel Stadium. Everyone there was great. Got a coffee checked out opening time for Sunday (these vary due to footy games etc). Nipped down in the Morning for breakfast. Checked luggage after check out. Had a wander & came back to the footy. I catch the train there & back home in country Victoria. Vline & PT all very convenient.
