We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Well equipped apartment, clean and fresh. Staff all friendly and efficient. Lovely Vietnamese cafe onsite. We would definitely choose again.

It is really clean and comfortable to stay. The location is fantastic because it is not far from the center but also next to the King's Park. If you like jogging and healty food, you would like the Health Freak Cafe/Restaurant in Hotel and Jacob's Ladder right next to your room. Seeing many people jogging up and down the Jacob's Ladder, you can enjoy the athletic atmospher.

A studios is a bit small but still pleasant and well equipped. The shower booth has a simple design but it is very functional with two decks on the wall, which can be quite useful in many aspects. Laundry machines for free of charge, and the hotel shower facility which is available after check-out make it a good place to stay, under the hot weather in Perth. It is not in the middle of CBD, but within a walking distance, and the Elizabeth Quay busport is very close with good access to anywhere in Perth. Considering the location and the facility, I would recommend this hotel especially to those who travel for business. The limited quota for the complementary internet access could be almost the only thing that one may suffer with. Also, the AC was a bit loud.

I only stayed one night so it was all I needed: clean and quiet with close easy access to Kings park via Jacob’s ladder for an early morning walk. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Whilst it was a lovely clean hotel with the most attentive and courteous reception staff we found guests in the adjoining room very inconsiderate slamming doors, banging walls which affected our sleep over the whole week long stay. We also chose to only have our room serviced and towels changed once in the middle of our stay to find nothing done! When I enquired with reception they advised that there is no room service on a Sunday but there is NOWHERE in the room or hotel information guide that advised guests of that fact. Otherwise a great location for the CBD and access to public transport.

Was in walking distance of Perth CBD. Not suitable if you have a car as there isn't any onsite car parking. We had to juggle with street side parking and there weren't any vouchers available for cheaper parking at a car park.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Accommodation was perfect - just off CBD but a short walk to the Elizabeth Quay bus and train station to get connected anywhere from Yanchep in the north to as far down as Mandurah. Not a place to get a car as there are no lots, but Perth’s great transportation network did not warrant me getting one, although I usually get a car whenever I travel to Australia.

Quest mounts bay offers reasonably priced modern apartments at the base of Jacobs ladder, hence close to Kings Park. The kitchen was well equipped enabling us to prepare meals, there was a washer and dryer too. There is a decent cafe on the 1st floor and a few other eating options nearby. Only issues are transport to the city involves infrequent bus or walking 15 mins, and our apartment had only a view of the steps and no opening windows. Be careful that on arrival google maps does not direct you to the top of the steps (cliff st) as very difficult going down (or up) with luggage
