Grossly favorable staying for 3 nights. Its location was quite good with good traffic accessibility. It took only about 3-4 minutes of walk to the nearest tram station. I could have take a walk at a nearby park(actually Shrine of remembrance) in the morning. Apartment was spacious with 2 discrete bedrooms with a queen sized bed respectively. It was equipped with a washing machine and a drying machine, and the guests don't have to worry about laundry issues. The apartment affords a free wifi connection but only 500MB of data was allowed for free and connection was quite slow. The staff were friendly and kind, but the front desk was open only from 7am to 11pm. Othwerwise I had a favorable staying during my trip to Melbourne city with my family.

The balcony door had a visible gap in it so if there is someone smoking below or around you (which there was) the smell comes into the apartment despite the sliding door being completely shut. This also means that if it's cold or hot outside you're exposed to the outside temperature making running constant heating or cooling is a necessity. Additionally, all the towels smelled like chlorine and the bathroom doors creaked.

Very comfortable bed, reasonably cumfy sofa, spotlessly clean, spacious accommodation and the location is excellent. A couple of little niggles - the bathroom taps were very hard to turn off, and the switch to move the shower water from the tap to the shower had to be pushed really hard to keep the shower running. We'll happily stay here again.

Picking a hotel room off a website can be hit and miss but this hotel was a great find. Location is excellent either driving, walking or using public transport. The room was spacious with a tv in the lounge room and the bedroom. Good Communication made our after hours check in seamless.

The room was big but a lot of wasted space where the desk is. Both the bedroom and bathroom could have been made bigger and the desk area removed. The split system air con in the room is not practical, it cools down the lounge but the bedroom remains hot and stuffy, and you can’t open the bedroom window unless you want flys or insects flying in as there is no fly screen. You are given like 20 coffee sachets in the room and only enough milk for 1 coffee each. Having to pay for parking on top of paying for your room is ridiculous, and there is limited parking spots on each level for guest parking.
