카펫은 청소기도 안돌리는거같음. 눈으로도 바닥의 먼지가 쌓여있는게 보일정도임. 먼지때문에 알러지 돋아서 고생좀 했음. 꽤 큰 벌레 출몰함. 하수구로 유도해서 물좀 붇고 막아놔서 일단 자긴 잤는데 너무 별로... It seems like they don't clean the carpets. I could see the dusts piled up on the floor. My alergy got bad and had a hard time. There was a pretty big bug. Maybe a cockaroach, not sure. Sleep itself was alright.

Bed linen and coverings soiled & dirty. Furniture not clean. Insects appear long term residence of the unit. General maintenance & cleaning not satisfactory. Surprised your organisation has this motel on your website.

Dated dusty carpets with cigarette smoke smell, sub standard bathrooms , cockroaches everywhere.

The room was falling apart, has a terrible smell, is presented poorly, needs desperately to be updated. Light fittings need cleaning / replacing (one was held together with tape) Bathroom window needs replacing Paint in all areas is peeling off. Where repainting has been done it looks like a child did it with overpainting everywhere. Fridge has rust in it. TV has a light that blinds you in the night. Curtains in the rear of the room are offcut pieces of fabric. Tiles in the bathroom are missing and painted over poorly. Bathroom fittings old and worn. Storage drawers falling apart. No flywire screen on the only widow that can be opened (bathroom). Noise at 6 am from someone collecting laundry. Front desk not manned, ring the bell and nothing happens. Ring the phone and get someone who isnt there. Clean up the carpark area, get rid of the old car being stored there.

Very helpful reception. Unit was very tired looking. Daily clean was ok but needs deep clean of furnishings and carpets.

Very old, although clean and tidy, the floor carpet smelt stale, the bedding sheets were clean but with horrible stains and had discoloured dirty old blankets and covers . Also the room stunk of cigarette smoke which affected my eyes and throat terribley.

Average. On arrival have wait.

Near the airport, easy check in and check out, friendly staff, but the room smells a little weird.

Room was nothing like the photos. Insects on benches and even in the microwave. Everything seemed dirty. No bathmat or handtowel. Very noisy during the night directly outside my room. Only nice thing I can say was the staff was nice when I arrived

The Property was old and looked like a dump, the room didn’t smell ok, it smelt as if someone smoked in it

Wifi connection was poor. Room was clean and there was cutlery and plates along with a microwave which were positive. No foot towel in the bath room and no liquid soap in the shower. The price is cheap which is also a positive.

The location of this property is good but it’s old run down and needing along attention. It’s not work the $$ their charging

Fair price for a budget room. Well equipped and appreciated cutlery, bowls etc. Friendly check in. Great location.

Three big areas to improve: 1. General room condition is not good. Walls, floor and ceiling are not clean it in good condition 2. Room smelt of cigarette smoke 3. Cockroachs

The room was incredibly run down. Gauges out of walls, bedside lights didn’t work, no towels, no soap, bed was like concrete, broken bathroom louvres, graffiti on bathroom wall and very old furniture. The air con, tv and hot water all worked well. It’s a huge shame as this motel is in a beautiful area and close to the races and shops but there is complete disregard from the owner to the maintenance of the rooms.

WARNING! FILTHY! Cockroaches all over the floor. And to make it much worse, I went to the front desk and asked if they could clean it. They said no. I then asked for a broom, so at least I could sweep everything. They said no. They then said I could pay an amount equal to a whole extra room, and upgrade. He then said if I wanted a 5 star hotel, I should have gone somewhere else. I just wanted to get rid of cockroaches! The worst staff I have ever seen. What employer keeps staff who have an opinion of their place like that, COCKROACHES ARE EXPECTED BY THE FRONT DESK STAFF, LIVE WITH IT.

Room was very small but comfortable.

Have been to many motels and the room would be the worst I have stayed. Motel needs a complete make over or demolished.

Nice location and friendly staff. Terrible room it smelt of wet dog and cigarettes. The room looked nothing like the photos used to sell the place. In fact it looked like it had never been updated since the 60’s. Just a little paint here and there to cover up the atrocities that have no doubt been committed in the room.
