본관과 조금 떨어진 Ocean View Room에 묵었는데, 처음에는 건물 외관에 조금 실망. 근데 문 열고 들어가는 순간 멍 때릴 정도로 뷰가 미쳤더라는.. 방 컨디션도 최고 !
산책하기에도 한적하니 넘나 좋고 수영장 등 시설도 만족.
특히 조식 너무 맘에 들었음. 만약 예약한다면 조식은 꼭 추가하시길. 6시 반 ~ 11시까지 넉넉히 서비스하고 체크아웃 후에도 이용 가능하고, 종류도 많고, 맛도 좋다는.

Had a great stay but the attitude of the staff at front desk was really disappointing. I also asked for an extra bed in a large king room for my nephew who wanted to stay and was told there wasn’t enough room when the room was the small size of a one bed apartment! They said it was for fire safety but you could fit a rollout bed easily. When I booked the samphire restaurant, the front desk was very unfriendly. In saying that, meal was great and facilities were great. Just attitudes need to change

Have stayed here on numerous occasions over the past few years, our second in 6 months, but I think for those who do stay a number of nights, the resort really needs to look at their choice of meals at Samphire. Despite a few specials available , if you choose to dine at samphire every night, you’ll notice the same handful of meal options available. I’m not sure how often the menu updates but perhaps a rotating choice of meals could be made available especially for consecutive nights at the resort. Otherwise a great place to unwind and will still be visiting in the near future

We had a great time using the pool, spa, sauna and gym. The weather was terrible and we did not need to go anywhere. The barramundi at diner was delicious

Lovely spot, our room was in the older section but it had stunning views and we had a fantastic stay.
Staff were lovely and it was our 1st wedding anniversary and felt very taken care of
The spa was also great

The staff were not accommodating at all. Basic things like a porter and trolley to move the luggage to rooms as well as no room cleaning services until you call and request for it and still the cleaning wasn't done until 4-5 pm.
The staff at check in and reception were really rude

Our stay was oceanview rooms, which is seperate from main building and with the price paid, those rooms were definitely not value to money,coz these were like a motel vibe. For every little thing, we have to drive to go to main building.
Resort's overall facilities were good for kids, like pool and kids play area and view and if i have go go again will go for main building.

Long queue for breakfast every morning, room is very basic, except ocean view is great , definitely not 5 stars standard. Rooms were never cleaned up during our 3 nights stay . check out is way too early, 10am, no any flexibility for check out at 12( which is normally in most hotels ) $90 was charged for checking out at 12:20… it is set up to get extra payment , cold and very unfriendly service , compare to what we had just experienced in Singapore, this is truly awful
