Loved our stay there was wonderful

Very smooth book in but we did not appreciate the marketing that followed. We know it is their business model but we do not need incentives to do more with the Ramada group. The Resort itself was wonderful. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, facilities were great. Restaurant and bar were of the highest quality.

The lobby was beautiful, but the hotel was in need of a rehab. There were stains on the carpet and cracked tiles in the bathroom. The shower was a hazard.

Magic accommodation and friendly and hospitable staff. Great restaurant service and whole resort has beautiful surroundings. Love how they kept nature and built around the trees and the small creeks filled with fish and lots of birds around the resort.

Holy moly loved this resort with the gorgeous trees and greenery welcoming you into peace. Enjoyed opening the window every morning. The gym has the best view for working out 💪 The only gripe was that the menu was limiting for me as a vegetarian. But...they were kind enough to change the gnocchi to accommodate my needs for something other than Sichuan that I don't like.

Staff were super awesome and the facilities were lovely. Great value for money too.

An absolute tropical paradise, oozes relaxation vibes, beautiful pool, love that it is out of town and so quiet, quick walk to the beach, great food and wonderful service

The property has a great facility onsite with onsite place room and activities, great for kids. The property itself has a small walking platform that full trees and bird / insect chirping which is amazing, the room was very clean, but outside of room door we could see rust and a lot of dead bugs, but this is North Queensland I guess it’s inevitable. The property has access to beach but require a fair bit of walking through the small road as the beach is not right behind the property and the beach itself is dirty not for swimming as there maybe stinger and crocs. The downside is the property is far from town centre for food and beach activities, you either drive for 5-10 min or you do 30min walk to town centre, so you have to have car or catch their shuttle bus (with fees).

Such an amazing resort for a great price! The restraunt food & drinks were fantastic and not for a ridiculous price! Dont miss happy hour at the bar where the drinks are super cheap! all of the amenities were great and the staff were extremley hepful giving us tips on places to go and eat and helping us book in activities! Had one of the most relaxing massages at the day spa! Be sure to take a walk to the beach from the resort as its such a quiet beautiful place on the four mile beach - spoke to a local their who said she was suprised we had found this part of the beach! The resort is also in a great location close to everything you need with a 5 minute drive! I think we will definitely be back again, such a relaxing place to be!

Pool didn't look very clean

The pool and swim up bar was a great facility. We did have issues with mould in our aircon unit - this did get resolved eventually. Staff were most worried about getting us to join their timeshare which they didn’t accept our decline the first time. They then called us to ask again - once again declined. They then left a flyer under our door with more incentive to join - didn’t respond. I then received a phone call (which I assumed was regarding the mould in our a/c unit) however no, it was regarding joining the timeshare AGAIN - declined for the FOURTH time it was like a cult. Probably wouldn’t stay again just for that reason. Room service was good & food is decent, don’t agree with the $5 delivery fee to deliver your food from the kitchen to pool chairs which is about 10 metres away.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were excellent and the services were professional. However, the property was a little tired. The glass panel that separated the shower room and the toilet seat was too small/narrow. It's impossible not to have water spilled (overflowing) onto the bathroom floor. Parking was easy. Its only a 5 min drive away to the Port Douglas town centre.

Rooms were a bit old

The property was beautiful. The staff were exceptional.

Great pool

We are missing our health insurance paperwork and in the envelope was $200 usd and approximately $100 usd in Indonesia cash. We are travelling and realized it’s missing. Very concerning 😢

Great place to stay

Its like living in a tropical paradise, thw rooms are lovely and spacious, great size bathroom, the pool is the best, the walk to the beach is relaxing, overall its 10/10, such a beautiful chill place to come and unwind
