장비 임대 업체를 바라보는 view여서 테라스는 사용 못했으나, 방의 구조와 편의시설(부엌, 세탁기, 의류건조기 등)이 마음에 들었음. 체크인 전에 일정금액을 디파짓하면 WhatsApp으로 digital key를 줌. 엘리베이터에 key 인식이 잘 안될 때가 있어 다소 불편. 호주에서는 보통 Tap water를 마신다지만 G 층 입구근처에 식수대 있음(필터 교체 램프가 깜박이는 것으로 보아 필터 교체 필요해보임). 호텔이라 생각해서 하우스키핑을 요청하려 하였지만 매일 40달러 청구될거라고해서 수건은 빨아서 사용. 공항에서도 Air train으로 가깝고, 시내로 이동도 Bowen hills역에서 기차를 타거나 Newstead에서 버스를 타고 쉽게 이동 가능해서 위치는 좋음. 브리즈번에서 Aussie life를 체험해 볼 수 있는 가성비 좋은 숙소라 생각됨.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Rambla for the week. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious enough for us and had fabulous views. We particularly loved the pool and spa, having access to the bbq and being able to see the soccer pitch across the road. It’s a great location, close to the city and New Farm which is gorgeous. We had a bit of difficulty getting used to the digital key but got the hang of it. We opted for the apartment to be unserviced, but were graciously looked after by the staff when we asked for a few extra items. Merlo coffee & kitchen being around the corner was a bonus, I definitely reccomend them for grabbing a takeaway coffee and brekky (we didn’t dine in because of our grumpy toddler).

Beautiful space, lovely roof top pool and patio. Close to down town, in a quieter neighborhood. Great coffee shops and park close by. Central location.

Didn't like how every entry, lift etc required a different tap function in the app to activate or open.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need, needs some maintenance after some guests haven’t treated the apartments well. But sadly a major let down and blocker for me staying here again is the digital key to access carpark, lift floor and doors. The carpark and doors were manageable, however I was often stuck in the lift for 5-10 minutes waiting for it to work so I could select my floor. One tip is to take the lift to G level from car park and try the digital key again

Great location, the room was really comfortable and modern, easy to get around with the digital key.

Excellent, easy to get to and the phone operated access makes things super easy! 😊 I will be staying for business in the future for sure!

They need to resolve the issues with digital checking in and access.

Clean, and classy

Property was very clean and well presented. Would be good to have someone available on arrival to assist with loading and navigating the app.

Amazing experience, nice location and spacious property

Unfortunately, it is very noisy and extremely clunky with the whole wifi access.

I understand the electronic/phone key system is great when there is no onsite reception however even as a group of tech savy younger people we did struggle multiple times with the elevator & room door keys. In addition trying to contact the Rambla team in the days leading up to our stay was very difficult & stressful. When I did get to speak with someone on 2 occasions their help was great though. Aside from that the accommodation was good.

Great 2 x bedroom unit. Had everything we needed. Can be a little noisey during the week with the freeway running behind the property, but i didn’t mind it. Sliding door to balcony was extremely hard to push and did not lock. However a big issue did arise. The accom solely relies on the internet for entry into the building, to use the lifts and to access your room. It was all good until the system stopped working and we and others were stuck in the foyer. Luckily a cleaner came by after about 10 mins to let us in the lifts and up to our rooms. I contacted a 1800 number on my booking with no response. No other contact info available to notify of the issue or get us back to our rooms.

Rambla @ Perry House offers stunningly beautiful apartments, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a series of problems: - The most frustrating aspect was the building's access system. With no Wi-Fi in the elevator, mobile phone access is impossible. While I could enter the lobby and apartment, I couldn't activate the elevator - I had to wait until another resident was going to the third floor to be able to get to the apartment. Support eventually suggested downloading the Salto KS app (which uses Bluetooth), but this information wasn't provided upfront. I encountered several other guests struggling with the same issue daily. A simple swipe card system could easily prevent this unnecessary complication. - I specifically chose this property due to my dog allergy. To my surprise, dogs were present in the building and BBQ/pool area. Was not able to use the balcony as the apartment on the first floor never cleaned the dog waste. With the mid-Winter heatwave the smell made my own balcony pretty much unusable (not to mention the poop view). - The location is opposite a sports ground so be aware that there will be constant noise (whistles, sirens, players yelling) until ~10 PM. If you are located in a front- or right-side apartment you'll have bright stadium lights into your apartment. - On arrival, I had to run the dishwasher as some dishes had been put away dirty. - The TV-displayed booking QR system for the BBQ area didn't work (password not valid).

Communication and response rate was very poor for a hotel which does not have a reception and the digital key system is flawed.

The apartment was great but the checkim and checkoit were terrible. We had to make so many calls because the Guest Portal was down on checkin day. Once we got the physical key, we couldn't open the garage door because the key hadn't been unblocked - so another phone call. Just as well there was someone to answer our calls.
