Love this place. Amazing neighbourhood with the best food. Great room with fantastic facilities. One thing though… PLEASE get some better matresses. The bed is always like sleeping on a hard floor. My back hurts so much after a night. .

Mostly very good. The shower floor is so slippery, it is a danger and my partner refused to use it. Disappointing. And the app they want you to use is for ANOTHER third party, who want you to get a new email address that just works for them. Apart from that fabulous position and parking is good once you can figure it out. This is a particular complaint for Rambla; the ridiculous amount of stuff that has to be read to get your info. Made worse by Expedia. Want to stay in a room, not join your company in an immortal quest, or be friends with you. 'IMPORTANT MESSAGE'S' that one out of ten might be useful. Information buried in mountains of offers and rubbish. Operators do not know any specific address. And last second information, putting the stress on the customer, rather than sending customer info ahead of time and the company having software that served us rather than them.

The location is great very convenient close to the train station , tram and Sydney road. The property was very clean and tidy. The communication with the hotel staff was on point and very efficient they were all so helpful. However, they lost a few stars based on the hardness of the bed. It was not comfortable. Also before booking the property we weren’t aware there was a bond. We found out afterwards. Plus they don’t release the bond straight away. It can take up to a week to get it back so that is an inconvenience. I think there is room for improvement.

The building and the room were in good condition.
The facilities were also in good condition.
The beds were very nice
The carpark was fine, but you need to pay more attention if you drive a big car.
The cooking wares were in good shape.
The laundry machines were very good and easy to handle. They are good models
The toilet was clean with very nice water supply.
The lighting for the dinning table was not bright enough, it is better to move one of the ceiling spot lights a little bit to make the dinning place brighter (of course, I didn't do it, it is a recommendation only).

The property was as advertised. Very secure, quiet despite being near a train station, extremely clean, and eco-friendly. The staff were prompt and helpful. One thing we found (the ONLY complaint) is that the apartment was quite cold, and the heating in the main room is not sufficient for both rooms, which made it a bit cold at night.

This was a great property and I was very comfortable for the duration of my stay.
A short walk to the train station and Brunswick boasts many great cafes that are close by. (And a supermarket very close too).
Only downside was the online link to get the digital access key. The staff (virtual) at Rambla were extremely helpful and I was given clear instructions on where to get a physical key/fob. (So much easier for me).
