호텔 자체는 좋았으나 위치가 애매해요 킹스파크 가려면 거의 등산 수준의 길로 가다 지쳐요 버스 타려면 자전거길로 가야 하는데 버스가 운해하지 않는 날도 있고 돌기도 하고 .. 교통이 좀 안 좋았음 그리고 티비가 잘 안 잡힘 보다가 계속 노이즈

The reception and breakfast area were lovely. The room is a little bit dated so could do with a freshen up but we were happy with our choice. Great location to the CBD

Nice clean room, odd that you couldn’t lock the door from the inside and that the door automatically locks after you leave the room - so take your key with you or face a $80 fee if outside front desk hours which are limited. Was obviously share housing in the past but has been done up ok. Thin walls and could hear neighbours. Car park is tiny and if ur last one to get a spot good luck squeezing ur car into it. Also had dirty laundry tubs hanging around in it which made the place look messy. Breakfast wasn’t included and we didn’t try it but the menu looked ok and there were quite a few at the cafe for dinner and brekkie so might try it another time. Staff were lovely but weren’t sure what we could do/where we could park as the street and area was blocked to cars the following morning when we needed to leave. 1 or 2 nights would be ok to stay and is a great location next to Kings park but we wouldn’t stay any longer.

I was super impressed by this place. Nice location with lots of big trees lining the streets. Room was super clean and big with full kitchen and even a little balcony. Very comfortable beds. Short walk to CBD but far away enough not to be in middle of hustle and bustle. Loved the old (stylishly renovated) building. Highly recommend.

Pros: lovely staff, great location being very near Kings Park and 20 mins walk to CBD. Lovely hotel breakfast bar (highly rated with locals eating here). It's also open for dinner four days a week. Reasonably priced. Cons: Tired, old hotel means it's very noisy. You hear people in other rooms, traffic etc. Was one of the dirtier hotels I've stayed in. Cleaners also only change towels every second day (which is fine) but they don't do anything else eg vacuum or change and make up bed sheets during a longer stay.

Rooms are clean, great location. Walking distance to Perth City and Kings Park. Good wi-fi. Food is excellent in cafe downstairs.

Nicely appointed aparthotel with an en-suite shower and kitchenette. Mount street is close to town and kings park. A little noisy from the traffic bypass. Only issue is they don’t clean each day or take the rubbish Reception times are limited. Lovely independent restaurant downstairs for breakfast and evening meals

I’ve stayed here several times and love it .

The room was in fantastic order. Working amenities (toaster, fridge, microwave) were maintained in fantastic working order. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom & shower were spotless. The staff at the front desk were informative and so friendly. The Cleaning staff are friendly and hardworking. Thank you Riverview on Mount Street for making my stay in Perth extra special.

A fair walk to public transport but the CAT bus service is free and extensive. It was good to have access to the laundry. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only down side to the room was the tv screen being behind the sofa so to watch tv you have to view it in a mirror ahead of you. An enjoyable visit to a lovely city. Would stay there again.

Spacious and tidy room with good essentials and clean bathroom. Windows bit old so don’t block out noise and fire alarm was going off outside for at least an hour early in the evening. No window covering only blockout curtain with neighbours nearby so had to keep closed.

If your looking for just some where to stay and not want luxuries this would be good. Not in CBD but you can walk to shops n transport. Staff are friendly. Mostly located in the business n administration district. Rooms have cooking facilities

Room was gloomy, it smelt of curry and the pillows were lumpy

ほぼ毎年の利用です。数年前から無料Wi-Fiでとても快適です。金額は高くなったけど、水まわりなども心地よく過ごしやすくなりました。ただ、今回初めて枕がとても臭かったので初日から消臭スプレーを買いに行くほどでした。タオルの交換は頻繁にありますが、チェックイン後の枕カバーの取り替えや消臭を見直していただきたいです。

Great hotel with self contained rooms next to the CBD

I liked the layout of the small unit. having a good sized balcony with trees surrounding was really lovely. restuarant seemed very popular with locals and staff were really pleasant
