Enjoyable stay, friendly people, staff could not do enough for you

The room was neat and felt like a home, good undercover carport even fits a ute. Would definitely make this a regular spot to stay when in the Gold Coast.

Very handy and clean there was no drop off box for keys when departing

The location was perfect. The guy at reception was great. Wifi was bad. The bed and pillows needed updating. It was hard and uncomfortable. Could be a great place if it had a makeover and the grounds had a bit of a tidy up. The other villas might’ve been different. The pool area and surrounds looked nice. Would’ve expected a little more for the price. They need to put a folder in the place that gives you basic information like you would get anywhere else.

Philip on reception was great. House was fine, quite basic and smelled a little musty. Had everything I needed though. Kitchen kitted out and a hot powerful shower. Bit of a pain to get taxis to and from coast area every day so factor that into cost comparison.

Words can not comprehend how low this joint was iv stayed in better backpackers. Claims it’s a resort …. This is horribly wrong on so many levels. This is a Motel not a resort !!!! Overpriced absolute dive NEVER AGAIN. The bed could have been a rock as iv slept on better floors. I think iv said enough that other don’t fall into this trap!!!

A very nice property, quiet and secluded.

Was close enough to AFL stadium to walk there.

Tv unable to get HD channels, this day & age that’s ridiculous, unable to access half free to air channels. Daughter visited for dinner only 2 chairs around table visitors sat on floor

Room was clean and tidy and well spaced. Reception staff where welcoming and very helpful.

What I did like was the the great attitude of the reception / property managers, They were friendly and very helpful. I only have one name in that regards and that was Lachie, a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Royal Woods was a perfect spot if you want to slightly further away from the busy tourist strip. Very clean with full cooking facilities suited our needs really well to relax for a few days whilst travelling up north.

Super convenient for attending sport events, quiet, clean and the pool is lovely!

the unit was old, tired and contained cockroaches. pool was not heated.. the sign put the front was broken.. we had to ring to get into the place. the stairs were extremly sliçpery in the wet.. stay away ...

It was very roomy and very clean

Apartment was well set up. Hairdryer didn't work.
