We asked Breakfast not delivered

Easy access from the highway. Undercover parking available for additional cost. Did not like the dirty windows

To be honest I was a bit disappointed with the stay at this property, the staff seemed disinterested, to the point that we asked for another cup and spoon in our room as there was three people staying and only two cups, but this never eventuated. The remote disappeared from our room when the cleaner was in, I asked repeatedly for a remote, the two that were supplied never worked even though I was assured they would, then remarkably when we were out the remote reappeared (it was the original remote as the black tape on the back was the same), and it was the original remote. The aircon would continuely switch itself off. The room was very dusty, and we found rubbish around the furniture from previous guests. The restaurant was closed which was not relayed to us. Also, there was no phone in our room, the staff at the front desk insisted that there was one on our desk... Alas no phone... One of our other friends who stayed in the same hotel had cockroaches crawl over them in the middle of the night...

Staff were nice and courteous, lobby was welcoming and had a lovely decor. The room we had was spacious and clean, aircon was working really good. However, the mini-fridge wasn’t working property, the wardrobe auto-lighting on one of the doors wasn’t working, both the bathroom sink drain and the shower drain weren’t draining properly. The sofa bed mattress could do with a replacement, you can tell it had its days.

A tad outdated and self service check in and out detracts a bit from the experience.

We stayed there for couple nights and it was awful. The AC system was very noisy to a point that I needed to shut it off only to wake later sweating and turned it back on…. You can also hear the cars on the road all night. We got there almost at midnight tired and we immediately noticed the noisy AC. We asked for another room and supposedly they didn’t have another room available with double beds….. and the double beds were budded next to each other and we ended up separating them…. I will not stay there again.

Very comfortable bed. I really liked the couch in front of the large window to stare out of on a rainy day. Breakfast buffet was solid. Loved the pancake maker. Bacon was a little cold but over all everything was pretty tasty and decent selection for breakfast. Coffees were delightful. Staff great.

The room smelt the bed was up against the corner of the room. Definitely will not stay there again.

Limited places to eat.. I felt like I was in korea

We stayed in room 212. The windows and window tracks were covered in dust and spider webs. The shower vent was covered in a thick layer of dust, the walls of the shower had dirt on them and needed to be cleaned before we used it. The sealant at the bottom of the shower was black along with the fittings holding the shelves. Also had to phone for an extra towel as there was only 1 when we got to the room…. All in all the bed was comfy but otherwise I will be staying somewhere else next time.

The sofa bed had bugs in it and kept me up at night. Food at restaurant cost as much as half a room for just 2 people

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and bathroom was up to date and clean. However there was a musty smell in the roomthat was overpowering, the windows had gap so there was traffic noise (and other street/neighbourhood noise) easily heard into the room despite being on highest floor. Could hear the person in the next room very clearly too.

The bed was comfortable great pillows. Bathroom clean but no body lotion. No milk in the fridge, none offered at checkin. For $249 one night one person you would think milk would be supplied. And I certainly didn’t appreciate getting woken up at 8 am text message from Rydges about online checkout.
