Staff were lovely on check in. Smooth process. Unfortunately the room was a bit dirty. Dusty fans and inadequate linen for bedding. Cleaning team need to do better. Pool and outdoor area was amazing. Main pool is great size and water is great temp. No stinging of eyes when swimming with eyes open. Massive heated spa was a delight. Will stay there again.

We were given an apartment where there was a dead lizard and a cockroach on the floor, old food left in the fridge, a dirty toilet, sticky floors, and dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. We complained and the receptionist apologized, so we were moved to another apartment. This one was better and cleaner. However, there were still dishes left in the dishwasher and almost all the kitchen utensils were dirty. We were supposed to have cleaning once a week, but the staff forgot every time, so we had to remind them. The location is good though, with a bus stop nearby and close to the beach.

Location was great, office staff were very welcoming. The unit was clean and tidy and as listed. No surprises. Pool and spa were great too.

Great location, beautiful tropical gardens/pool/spa areas. Apartment was ordinary, dated & rooms not clean. Needs a lot of TLC.

The pool area was lovely with a beautiful big spa. Apartment was nicely furnished, but wasn't as clean as it could be. Cutlery drawer was dirty, lots of visible dust under beds etc

ソファーに座ると目が痒くなって座る事が出来なかった、ゴキブリも出てきたしベッドルームのカーペットも掃除機をかけてなさそうだった。バルコニーも枯れ葉だらけで掃除が行き届いていない、とても残念でした。

Property has nice garden and pool,car park is excellent, some areas of the apartment were not cleaned well,some mould on fan blades and bedroom balcony door area,room amenities were excellent otherwise apartment was clean

Beautiful evening

Loved being next to the bird sanctuary. Didn’t like that the shampoo was already empty and soap unwrapped from the last person in the shower.

Had everything we needed for our stay From washing machine to dryer dishwasher and all cooking facilities

Really unhappy with the state of the apartment we were in. There was rubbish from previous guests, the floors weren’t mopped (couldn’t let our baby crawl on the floor), the portacot was covered in a thick layer of dust & there was mouldy food in the pantry.

Loved the gardens,all the bromeliads!’ The rooms were excellent!

Much beyond my expectation for a holiday home. It is so comfortable and well-equipped in kitchen ware, laundry, tumble dryer, Netflix, hot bath, air conditioning, and indoor designated parking spot. I could see guests enjoying the outdoor hot spa on a winter day. It is next to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary that offers hot breakfast for non-visiting guests where you eat outdoor or under cover sharing the lovely space with the free-range big birds. Lorikeet feeding is also accessible to public before entering the park. The beautiful beach is just two minute away and many good restaurants ( dine-in or drive through) and shopping malls are within less than 15 min driving distance. It is so close to the airport that it is no brainer to drive there after picking up your car at the airport. We will definitely return for our next holiday.

So close to Currumbin Sanctuary that you can walk. Beach is just across a little bridge and the three pools are amazing. Under new management, these appartments have the potential to shine. Leah and John were very polite and helpful.

Pros: Eddie was wonderful; very quick to remedy any issues, and easy to reach if needed. The grounds were beautiful!! The rooms were perfect for a family of 5; enough of the necessities, and plenty of room for us all. The spa was perfect on cold days. Cons: Permanent residents made us feel very uncomfortable when using the pool/spa, or moving about the complex. There was also a gross smell coming from the ensuite drain.
