lovely rooms. clean and well appointed. undercover parking for our small car. comfy bed. The weather was atrocious for our one day there but it would be a nice place to visit for an extended stay when the weather improves.

Wir hatten Villa Nr. 4. Der Parkplatz ist direkt an der Villa. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
Die Einfahrt zum Gelände kann leicht verpasst werden.
Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich aber in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist alles vorhanden und voll funktionstüchtig.
Die ruhige Lage lässt auch zum Sterne gucken ein.
Jim ist ein cooler und super Gastgeber.

The owner is super nice and helpful. We didn't not receive his checkin email due to email lock, but he was kind enough to meet us after hours to open unit and give a full tour. The unit was clean and soooo cozy and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen & laundry. We cooked full meals with ease. The large cozy living room was a nice to enjoy after a day of exploring. This is a super place to stay along the Great Ocean Road. We definitely recommend and would stay again.

Lovely place to stay very close to the great ocean road. Check in instructions very clear. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. Bathroom and kitchen a little worn and could do with some upgrading but everything was super clean. Would happily stay again.

This property is very clean, tidy and cosy, located in a great area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and found our communication with our hosts very amicable and informative. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very comfortable well appointed with two lounges,
Air Con, and good cooking utensils.
Specially the fantastic nonstick frypan.
Bed was super comfy.
And the little touches of separate sheets and waffle doona cover made it a real home away from home.
