아주 깨끗하고 넓고 보타닉가든의 전망이 너무 좋아요. 직원들 친절하시고 서비스도 아주 좋습니다. 교통도 편리합니다. 근처에 레스토랑이 없는게 조금 불편했고 나머진 아주 괜찮았습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

여자친구 생일파티를 위해 그냥 하루 묵었는데 아주 좋았습니다. 일단 방은 깨끗하고 조용해요. 난방 잘되고 슬리퍼랑 칫솔 치약빼곤 필요한건 다 구비되있어요.

트램 타고 시티 이동 하기에 호텔 바로 앞에 정류장이 있어서 이동 하기 편리하고 주변은 주택가 또는 호텔이라 조용하게 지내기 좋아요 바로 옆에 보타닉 가든 있어서 마지막날 산책도 가고 전쟁 기념관도 다녀왔어요 걸어서 2분 거리였어요 시티 중심으로 갈려면 트램타고 10분 정도면 다 갈수 있었어요 호텔까지는 무료 트램이 안되는 단점이 있지만 마이키카드 쓰면 얼마 안빠져나가요 ~ 저희가 방문했을때 급 추워져서 조금 추웠지만 지낼만 했어요 ~ 24시간 프론트에 사람이 있어서 편리했어요 호텔은 전체적으로 새 건물은 아니예요 하지만 침대 너무 편했어요 꿀잠잤어요 ㅎㅎ

Great location for Aussie Open, The Tan track and the city if you like walking (which we do). It was quiet and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a lttle tired but the bigger rooms make up for this. The only issue we really had was house keeping was less than ideal for example the toilet wasnt cleaned and we stayed for 8 days! We would definitely stay again, but take some cleaning products with us!

Spacious, clean and comfortable one-bedroom apartment with a great view of the Shrine gardens opposite. Quiet except for the trams passing by. Helpful and polite staff. Great location to walk to the city or the tram stop is almost outside. However, the kitchen layout is terrible and the plates and cups are difficult to reach in the cupboard. Also, the room, while comfortable is very grey, bland and depressing. Not even any artwork on the wall to brighten it up. Don't stay here if you need some colour around you.

We stayed a week & the property was always clean & tidy, the staff were friendly & helpful. The room we stayed in was a small one-room appartment, which had all the thing uou would need & was well onsulated as rhere was very little noise. The onsite parking was secure & although $25 a day for unlimited entry/exits m, so was reasonable with the only isseu being the stair access, however when leaving the staff assisted by giving us lift access (housekeeping lift) which was great. It is a short walk to trams that take you into the city & St Kilda, so a car is not needed if you are not going out to suburbs. I would stay again.

This hotel is small apartments. There is a small full kitchen in room if you want to cook. Hotel restaurant is not open but they will deliver uber eats to your room. There are cafes around the corner for breakfast. There is an iga and a woolworths a few minutes walk. The tram to the city is put the front and the botanical gardens are across the road. Close enough to the city without being in the chaos.

Arrival was great at reception, family suite we stayed in was very spacious and clean. I liked the fact there was a medium sized fridge, washing machibe and dryer. The pool was nice and semi warm. Spa was out of order but that didnt bother us. Just need a lift to the parking, but other than that everything was great. 3min walk to the 7/11 was handy.

I have stayed at this property for many years. The location is great, out of the main part of the city but close enough to walk, or catch a tram. I like that the rooms come with a washer and dryer, as well as small kitchen where you can make your own meals. Unfortunately, it is showing its age and is in need of some work. My room had a large hole in the carpet when you first walked in and stains on the kitchen countertops. The shower had both a hand held nozzle and one attached to the wall, but the water pressure was not strong enough to activate the wall mounted nozzle. I had to change rooms half way through my stay as A/C broke was was not able to be quickly fixed. The dryer in the second room did not work. There were lots of other things missing in the first room (eg only 1 wineglass but 2 of everything else, drawers in bedroom were stuck shut, 2 TVs but only 1 remote and battery cover was missing, so batteries would fall out all the time). I hate finding long hairs around the bathroom, either from the maid or previous guests. Either way, it’s sloppy from the cleaning point of view

My partner and I chose to stay here as it was nearby a friend's home - we stayed from Thursday night to Sunday. Although we did joke that it reminded us of the Overlook Hotel from the movie "The Shining", in that at a point in time (likely in the 80s) it was probably a very fancy hotel. The walls are old panel wood, and the rooms are the same. The couch, while comfortable, probably needs to be retired. The King bed was comfy, but the shower in the bathroom was one of those that you have to step into a bath to use, which I find a bit dangerous and old-time. My partner is also really tall and so he found it difficult to use (which he says would mean he'd stay elsewhere next time). The staff at reception were all friendly, but we didn't really see have a need to see thek about anything. Location was great - right near a tramstop on St Kilda Road which would get you in and out of the city and surrounds (I walked everywhere but appreciated the option!) I'd stay here again if they updated the shower!
