Instead of going to Monkey Mia, I stayed at Dunham. It's an area with not many accommodations, but the price is reasonab, it's right in front of the ocean, there's a gas station next door, and the house is quite spacious. (Living room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet are separated, and the kitchen has everything you need) I was surprised that the check-in time was much shorter than I expected, but it was convenient to check in without contact, so there was no problem. The facilities were old, but the atmosphere was comfortable.

Some roach families lived at the kitchen area. The pan cleaness was horrible. There were a lot of bad food garbage underneath the beds. This hotel does not have linen for comfort. We stayed two nights and the hotel manager denied to replace towels and the towels started to smell in the morning at check out day. I strongly do not recommed this hotel.

Appartement simple mais qui reste confortable, pas de machine à laver dans l’appartement (service payant), propreté aurait pu être un peu mieux (un peu de poussières dans les recoins et placards). Staff très sympathique et appartements bien places en front de mer.

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Die Anlage ist nicht mehr die neueste. Aber man kann dort gut ein paar Tage dort sein. WLAN war nichr da. Der Router sollte entwendet worden sein. Mobil war aber alles möglich. Sharkbay ist eine super Gegend und kann nur empfohlen werden.

A bit run down but a great location

Other than the IGA truck offloading pallets early in the morning, and the windows to the views so dirty you couldn’t see the view, it was central to everything right across the road from the ocean

Great property in an awesome spot. Only thing missing is a swimming pool, but otherwise a great stay!

Excellent location for exploring the area. Spacious rooms. Nice outdoor area with view of the ocean (if you are staying in one of the first apartments).

It serves the purpose well. Reasonable rates for what you get. Interiors well on the tired side, but neat enough. Very well located irt shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Large spacious room opposite the waterfront with patio. Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Right next door to shops, which was very handy. Some minor attention to detail, such as cleaning the ashtray from previous guests. Also wind proofing the door and window seals, as this would stop the howling noise throughout the room.

The condition of each and everyone of the components was dismal and under-par. For instance, the shower sprayed all over the bathroom from a faulty joint, the oven turned off every time after a couple of minutes, basically rending it useless, the fan in the hall had a suction mechanism rather than downward draught meaning there was no breeze when sitting in the sofa, the pillows were stone hard and probably as big a 3 standard pillows, guaranteed to give anyone a neck and head ache, the plugs for charging were behind the bed requiring them to pulled away... so on and so forth. Unless saving money was the prime objective, skip this one...

We liked that we were right on the foreshore. We parked right outside our unit. The unit was spacious & the supermarket & bakery were right next door. A short walk to the visitor centre & museum. Not far to drive over to Monkey Mia, a short 30 min drive. The only thing we didn’t like was that we were there for 4 nights & never had our towels or tea towels changed. We put our towels outside to dry during the day.
