Worst hotel service I ever had

Room very neat and tidy and check in and out simple and easy process

Perfect and great location

The hotel needs to update their website and via email, to explain where to park before checking in as it is impossible to know without being told in advance. The room was very spacious, clean, very quiet, with comfy beds. Only downside was the bathroom had some black in the grout. Buffet breakfast was delish and lots of variety. Very lovely staff. Pool, spa, steam room, gym is awesome. It's a shame they dont have the terrace bar operational, however you can still order drinks to enjoy up there.

Great breakfast menu. Check in easy. Late check out Parking, breakfast and a arrival drink all included in what I paid.

I wish that the spa was warmer.

I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Melbourne. From the welcome at check in, to the helpful staff in the reception, concierge, bar and breakfast/restaurant. A special thanks goes out to Sabina at reception. I got upgraded for free, which is highly appreciated. Maybe it was due to low season / not many guests, but either way a very nice surprise. The room (1315) was spotless, had everything you need (bathrobe, slippers, coffee machine, free water etc) and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and whirlpool was nice, although the water could have been a little bit warmer, especially since the whirpool and the pool share the "same" water. The Wifi worked great, the breakfast was tasty, and overall the hotel and the bar was fairly priced. The location is excellent with lots of bars, restaurants and public transport close by. During the middle of my stay, I received an e-mail from Timur, the operations manager, who wanted my feedback on my stay. I told him I was enjoying my stay very much, but that it would be nice to have liquid soap in the bathroom (instead of a soap bar), a toilet brush, and some bath salts or soap/foam for the tub. An hour later I got a knock on my door with bath salts delivered. Excellent service. After a very long journey from Norway, it was nice to arrive at the comfortable Sheraton Melbourne were everyone made me feel like an appreciated guest. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Melbourne. Thank you!

Hotel limpio, bien ubicado

Great location close to multiple public transport, shopping and restaurant options. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and really quiet. Pool area was nice, not overly busy (water temperature could have been slightly warmer). Breakfast was lovely, great selection to choose from and lovely, helpful staff. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our little staycation.

The breakfast was better than most when it comes to hotel buffets. All eggs served fresh, wide variety of dishes (thank you for having kimchi) a great way to finish a quick overnight getaway. Nice clean room, comfortable bed and temperature that could be controlled.

Great location and good hotel with what you’d expect from a Sheraton

Clean rooms and helpful staff. Amenities a bit disappointing, no mini bar unless you order it, coffee pods only and only big coffee mugs that didn’t fit with the pod machine. Other than that lovely stay.
