이틀간 지냈고, 나름 편안하게 쉬다 갑니다. 가까운 생활권에 좋은 카페, 레스토랑, 큰마트들이 있었어요. 바닷가가 가까워서 로케이션 하나만 보고 숙소를 정했는데, 잘한 선택이었어요. 중국분들이 호스트인것같아요. 저희에게 친절하게 대해주셨어요. 감사합니다. 숙소 자체 컨디션은 조금 오래되었지만 있을건 다 있었어요. 칫솔 치약 페이셜클렌저는 챙기셔야해요. 와이파이도 되고요, 따뜻한 물도 잘 나옵니다. 주방용품이 대부분 갖춰져 있어서 요리할 때 편했어요. 세탁시설도 가능한 시간이 있어서 꽤 조용했어요. 안 좋은 평이 많아서 걱정 많이 했는데, 생각보다 괜찮았어요. 그래서 저는 외려 좋은 평을 드릴 수 있는거지, 좋은 컨디션을 생각한다면 다른 숙소에 머물길 추천합니다. 강아지들과 묵을 수 있는 호텔인지, 다른 장기 투숙객들 강아지들과 친하게 지냈어요ㅋㅋㅋ 보증금 문제로 리뷰가 많던데, 저희는 선불로 결제했고 보증금이 없었습니다. 체크인도 체크아웃도 편했습니다. 첨부한 사진은 체크아웃 시에 찍은거에요.

무인 아파트형이라 사람이 없습니다... 그래서 사전에 메일에 사용 방법에 대해 내용이 있었습니다. 가서 그대로 했는데 제방 열쇠가 아닌 다른 열쇠가 나와 많이 당황했습니다. 담당자에게 방법을 물었고, 다른 방법이 없다고 하여 그러면 이리 와서 도와 달라고 하니 미안하지만 지금 못간다는 말만 남기고 전화를 끊어 버리더군요. 외국에서 숙소 해결이 가장 큰 문제 인데, 룸이 안열리는 상황에서 담당자는 지금 갈수 없다는 말은 남기면 그 호텔에 예약한 사람 보고 어떻게 하라는 건지 정말 할말이 없더군요.... 제가 딴 마음으로 이 곳을 디스하는게 아니고, 정말 고객을 완전 어처구니 없이 만들어 버리는 곳이고, 담당자한테 전화 한다고 사용한 제 통화료는 누가 주는 건지... 그 통화료까지 보태면 근처 좋은 호텔로 예약하는게 더 나을듯 했습니다. 그리고, 매일매일 청소도 안해주더군요. 3일에 한번씩 한다는 메일만 달랑 보내고...그 다음날 청소를 하긴 했지만 4일 동안 1번만 청소를 해주더군요... 출장 때문에 몸도 피곤하고 했는데 이건 완전 정신까지 피곤하게 하는 곳이었습니다...

Air con worked well. Didn’t need to park.

Was asked to pay deposit via pay ID or PayPal, which was very weird but this is a no staff property, we arrived very late so I did not care about the staff, everything was handled very well over sms with owner\receptionist. Deposit was transferred back next day with no issues. Great location and very clean nice room

Great experience! The site is in somewhat of a busy area and parking is on the street. Keep your eyes peeled on either side of the road. We found a parking spot across the road from the hotel. I didn't get my self-check-in details in time (we booked the hotel about an hour before), but the staff were very helpful over the phone and explained everything very clearly. The room itself was in immaculate condition, air-conditioned, and very close to all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable bed and shower as well. Highly recommended

really great location as well as good staff. I did feel a bit misled as i was told the rooms were soundproof but i was woken up many times during my stay due to noises from the rooms below me…

Absolute delight. We have stayed here before but were very surprised to see that the rooms have been totally made over. Comfort of the highest order. Location is central to everything we need. Totally recommended.

This property was very seedy and felt like a half way house. It stank like old cigarette smoke and alcohol. Staff not available to assist on arrival. Did not refund. It was so bad I had to move out and find another accomodation last minute. No refund given.

I think they very poor on hosting people, did not give any information about the area, special about park and Permit zones around, I got really in trouble getting 2 fines and almos towing my car. Barerly talk to give instructions about the apartment and the place look very different than the photos, it is much older and run down.

The room was central to the St Kilda area, quiet, clean and close to transport, restaurants and all the facilities we required.

I arrived to my room with a homeless person outside the door. My room wasn’t made up since the last person. I called the contact number many times and no answer. Later on I got a call and the room was made up while I went out for dinner. I could hear the couple in the room below me as the walls are so thin. Felt incredibly unsafe and scared. Never stay here, and if you have to never go alone.

Great stay conveniently located

It is a beautiful old home, full of character. Needs some carpet upgrading in main house. Very clean. Outdoor settings in my room needed to be cleaned, but everything else was spotless. Refridgeratir needs go be defrosted. The manager Alex was marvelous. He took great care of me & was very helpful. I would stay there again. The place was an amazing place for me to have booked.All was amazing but only one thing that i must say,my bed frame was so squeaky (noisy).It definitely needs a NEW bed frame.Apart from that? ALL was an amazing experience.Love the place.Thank you Sixty Two On Grey for the awesome stay,and the manager was so so friendly and approachable.Looking forward to booking with this lovely place again in the near future.

Clean and tidy room. Good price. Conveniently located. Self check in was convenient. Downside was the aircon not working on a 34c day. Refrigerator was also not working.

Bloody dusty! If you have allergies forget this place. It needs a good vac and for the split system to be cleaned out, just these two things alone would make a big difference to the room. I upgraded my room by $20 (from a budget room to a studio room) and was very disappointed on arrival. for the extra $20 I got a dining table and a bit more floor space- they made it seem like you were getting a balcony or a big window with a view. it is made to look like you’re getting a beautiful room; they have a couple of sneaky photos of the budget room in with the studio room photos so you can’t dispute the room you got. The beautiful upgraded studio room is upstairs and someone seems to live in it- so it’s not available like what is apparently available to stay in. The bathrooms looked nice and new in the pictures, but again, what we got was old, tiny & needed a good clean. Need a better system for check in as I had to lend a girl my phone so she could call the number to check in- lucky she could use my phone otherwise she would have needed to go find one just so she could get inside the building..
