We had an excellent stay at SkyOne Apartments. A special mention goes to Claudia at reception, who gave us a very warm welcome and explained everything clearly on arrival—she was friendly, professional, and genuinely lovely throughout our stay.
Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was beautiful and very well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of drawer space, a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, salad bowls, cutlery, and dinnerware—everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The master bedroom was a little on the smaller side, especially with a king-size bed, but it was still comfortable. The living and dining areas were spacious and inviting. Having a washing machine in the apartment, along with a drying rack on the balcony, was very convenient.
Everything was thoughtfully provided, including laundry detergent, dishwasher powder, dishwashing liquid, and even trash bags. When we needed more supplies, we simply went to reception and they were happy to provide them.
The location is excellent—less than a five-minute walk to Box Hill Central, with Coles and Woolworths supermarkets, shops, bakeries, and a fantastic selection of eateries and restaurants (mostly Asian). The train station is also within easy walking distance.
We really enjoyed our stay, and thanks to Claudia’s wonderful service, it felt especially welcoming. We would definitely choose SkyOne Apartments again.

Disappointed in the property -
Floor was dirty and I needed to clean spills near the balcony door
Cockroaches were seen on the kitchen bench on numerous occasions
Toilet lid broken in en-suite (my husband fixed it)

廚房自我煮食用具齊備，但整潔一般，欠廚房較剪。職員友善。但供應的毛巾有損耗，最好留意更換較新给客人。鄰近商店方便，但向鐵路方向較嘈。

Our stay at SkyOne Hotel in Box Hill was generally good, but two problems really stood out:
1. Washing machine unusable
Dirty shoes were left inside the washing machine when we arrived, and no one removed them. We couldn’t use it for our entire stay.
2. Extremely poor after‑hours check‑in
Despite calling 30 minutes before arrival as instructed, the after‑hours concierge was still half an hour away when we arrived. He told us to wait in the shopping centre with our large luggages.
He finally showed up one hour later, then spent another 20 minutes on his phone yelling at someone before rushing us to sign the check‑in form without reading it. When questioned about the delay, he blamed public transport and said he wasn’t hotel staff, just helping. Excuse me???
The whole process took 1.5 hours and completely ruined the start of our stay.
Overall: The hotel itself is fine, but I strongly do not recommend relying on their after‑hours concierge service.

Room was actually a good size, clean and modern. Staff were nice and supportive.
The only issue is ask for a higher floor if possible or a room not facing the city as every morning from 3:30am onwards you will hear deliveries for the fresh food market at Box Hill Central. Very loud. Still i would stay here again, just hopefully different room. Its a good location in Box Hill

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the proximity to lots of restaurants and amenities. The view from the room was phenomenal and we loved the bedroom which opened up to the skyline. We watched the NYE fireworks from our living room and balcony and were afforded a view of the entire horizon and the Melbourne cbd fireworks. The drawsides were the bedsheets and lack of pillows, as well as a very slight reduced cleanliness but this appeared to be more of a used and lived in quality. Overall it was a great apartment and I would recommend.

We booked Sky One based on proximity to a festival we were attending in Melbourne. Key element to this was parking for the duration. Confirmed parking two days before arriving but was told parking was only for two days. Staff did resolve this issue, but through much deliberation. The hotel was very tidy and the accommodations were very nice. No blackout curtains on the windows and the airflow noise under the door may bother light sleepers. We asked for trash bags because you have to take the trash to the drop chute, but never received the additional trash bags. Overall it was a nice stay but I will probably not stay there again.
