소피텔 브리스번 센트럴

시설이 생각보다 노후화 되어 있습니다. 하지만 위치는 도시 중심이라 그건 좋습니다.

가족 여행하기에 딱 좋은 호텔.. 수영장과 피트니스 시설도 좋음

직원들이 친절하고 서비스가 좋습니다. 위치가 센트럴 역에 있어 접근이 용이하나 새벽에 기차 소음이 좀 있습니다. 야간에 실내 소음이 좀 있었습니다. (원인은 불명)

Great place to stay here again. Good location, reasonable price and warmhearted staffs.

1. 직원들의 서비스 수준은 아주 높다. 친절하며 웃는 얼굴로 세밀하게 안내해 준다. 2. 위치는 아주 좋다. 센트럴역이 지하로 연결되어 있으며 Edward St., Queens St.와 아주 가깝다. 3. 브리즈번 공항에서 20여분 거리라 편하다. 4. 시설이 너무 낡고 레노베이션이 되어 있지 않아서 5성급 호텔이라고 느끼기 어렵다. (단, 가격이 다른 5성급 호텔대비 저렴하므로 합리적이다.) 하지만 시트를 포함한 침대는 아주 편하다.

좀 오래된 호텔 느낌이지만 프론트 직원이 너무 친절해서 기분이 아주 좋았어요. 아이들과 방을 두개 받았는데 옆방으로 (통하는 문이 있는) 바꿔달라고 요구하자 즉시 해줘서 감사했습니다. 시티 중심부에 있고 무엇보다 지하철 접근성이 최고였습니다.

위치가 일단 너무 좋구요. View도 너무 좋습니다. 시계탑 너무 이쁘구요. 인테리어도 맘에 듭니다. 하지만 주차 비싸요. 왠만하면 렌트 하지 마시길. 할거면 하루만....

센트럴 역에서 이어져 있어 여기저기 다니기에 위치가 좋았습니다.

Presnaly this hotels location is good. But I think the staff has a bad manner to a asian people. We ask to puy the small table together for three people, but the staff ignored it. If I hab a chance to visit autralia again I'll never stay this hotel.

Central station 과 바로 연결되어 있어서 공항에서 train 을 이용하는 경우 매우 편리합니다. 이른 아침 항공으로 출국해야 하는 경우 좋은 숙박장소로 생각됩니다. CBD 에도 바로 근접해 있어서 관광, 쇼핑에 매우 용이합니다. 호탤은 오래되어서 좀 낡았고 깨끗하다는 인상을 주지못했지만 호텔 직원들은 친절하고 협조적이었습니다.

From check in to check out, my whole stay was fantastic! Right from the start I was made to feel that I was their only guest. As it was my first stay with Sofitel I received a complimentary room upgrade with a view of the beautiful Anzac Square. We had a bite to eat for dinner at Cuvee and it was delicious. The staff were so polite, professional and were so very attentive. The hotel was tastefully decorated, with beautiful amenities and access to Central Station right at your door. Queen St Mall just a few minutes walk away. I would not hesitate to stay here again and am already planning my next visit :)

Excellent Customer Service

Beautiful hotel in heart of Brisbane. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Beds were too soft for my liking and new mattress would be suggested as they had some permanent indentation from use which made it hard to get really comfortable. Again firmer mattress even medium density would have been nice. Also the furniture needed to be moved for a deep cleaning as it was pretty dirty under beds and night table. We knew that because we dropped an earring and had to move stuff so saw it first hand. The lobby and service was top shelf though.

The hotel is beautiful, located just above Central train station which makes it very easy to access, when entering the lobby the design is very fancy and staff are very polite and respectful. Breakfast selection is very rich and adaptable to any dietary requirements. The swimming pool are is nice and clean and gives opportunity for families to have fun on the hotel's territorry. However for a 5 star hotel I would recommend to check their water dispensers in the room. When filling the water in a glass it was not clear, so we just bought water from supermarket. Also bed vallance needs to be changed as it was ripped on the edges. These details did not impact our stay, but it does impact the image of a 5 star hotel. Overall we had a wonderfull say, the restaurant menu is delicious and we enjoyed every minute of our vacation

Excellent location, large rooms with comfortable beds. Good Wi-Fi. Christmas cookies and drinks in the lobby a lovely touch Reasonable price for the room and location.

Nothing was too much for staff. Had our room changed to suit daughter with disability (walk in shower). Went out of their way to accommodate her needs. Felt very safe. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely night away. The day spa was fantastic. The staff are very friendly, comfortable beds. The room was not the cleanest, with marks on the windows, toothpaste on the vanity and dirt on the shower vent.
