In general a good standard room hair dryer not working. towels thread bare need upgrading.But its a good place to stay staff very nice

Pour la chambre, elle était à peu près propre mais sans plus, elle est à rafraîchir . La literie est correcte, la vaisselle est présente et on peut cuisiner sans problème. Le très gros point noir c'est l'environnement, il est très sale et devant les portes des chambres voisines traînent toutes sortes d objets et saletés. Je ne conseille vraiment pas ce resort qui n'en est pas un, loin de là !!

Arrivée avant 18h, personne à l accueil. Numéro à contacter : impossible pour nous de joindre la personne désignée à la réception. Attente de 20 minutes voire plus pour enfin trouver la personne responsable. Etat général du motel très moyen, équipements vétustes, sales, des matelas et affaires qui trainent partout. Impression d'un motel en perdition, transformé en hotel social ! 2 chambres qui communiquent, spacieuses. Serviettes et petits necessaires de toilettes fournis. Équipement d'une chambre inutilisable car les prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas (seche cheveux, frigo, prises). La tv est cassée, son mais pas d images (écran cassé). 2 noms de motel différents et code wifi ne fonctionne pas. L eau de la piscine a l air propre. Maillot de bain qui traine au fond.

Restaurant wasn't open. Thats the reason I picked that place. Room wasn't set up with TV. Bath damaged needs to be replaced. Photos in adds are misleading. Place need extensive work.

The price was reasonable as it is a old facilities , the rooms were okay but not the outdoor.Tv was not working and no Wi-Fi at all the time. The Tap was leaking. The mattress were really bad.

We have made bookings with your company for many years and were shocked at the condition of this Motel. A patch in the base of the bath tub,pillows washed but stained.Smoke alarm wrapped up in a Cole’s bag. Window had security on it but unfortunately the glass window wouldn’t close over it. I think they are trying to make it nice but I am 81 years old and we left there at 2.00am as the noise and talking from outside our window was unbearable.

This property is kot suitable for anyone to stay at. Our room had been double booked, so the lady on the front desk opted to put us into another family room (the only plus about our stay). We checked in, and had to walk through a hallway full of furniture and cigarette smoke to get to our room. Our room smelled of cigarettes, hot water did not work, the lights in the 2nd bedroom didnt work, the tv did not work. We were warned that paedophiles and drug users lived in the hotel so we should keep a close eye on the children at all times. We did not feel safe. We checked out after staying 1 out of 4 nights. The front desk agreed to refund our money, but will not respond to wotif.

Our room was not ready until 2 hours after check in time, washing machines didnt work, clutter all through walkway to room, people partying outside room, dogs in rooms and in gardens, very noisy. Light not working in bedroom. Remote for tv not working. No one in reception, had to keep calling a mobile number for any assistance. Wi fi did not work either.

This is by far the worst motel I have stayed in in my life. There is no resort feel here apart from the center pool which we dared not enter. The rooms are not maintained. Just check out the pictures! Cockroach right next to the microwave. The shower head also spays water sidewards as a bonus feature which wets the toilet and the rest of the bathroom. The bed rolls around on the tiled floor. The bath towels are so thin they remind me of a mini camping towel. They need to up their game. I will be seeking a full refund. We were also woken up at 3am by the restaurant staff talking loudly outside our window. Avoid at all costs.

Easy location to access. Pool is fantastic. Common areas had many ashtrays full of cigarette butts. Smelt of ciggarettes everywhere.

Arrived at the property and there seemed to be people living there full time as there were kids toys, dog in a pen and the place had a dirty feel. Rusty railings, chewing gum on the tiles, dirty walking areas and people smoking. The place Definitely does not look like the photos, where the place is clean and gleaming. Ended up staying elsewhere as we had a work vehicle full of tools etc. Sad really as we stayed there years ago and it was a perfect place. I do understand if people are living there due to accommodation shortage etc but people booking need to be aware and the photos need to be updated.
