I selected this venue for a bit more luxury and it was a lovely apartment.
They did daily cleans but that was all.
Came with a bathroom, bedroom (double bed), living room and a connected kitchen and dining space.
The armchairs is the star of the apartment with the netflix TV.
Kitchen was very small and would say not for more than 1 person at a time. Also came with a washing machine but no dryer.
My bed sheets, I had to question if they were new sheets or pillow cases. I only say this due to one of my pillow cases having some black marks. I didn't use that side of the bed but when I checked them near the end of my stay, that worried me and I thought potentially sheets or on this occasion not all the pillow cases had been changed.
Safety, the gate would be left open during the day as well as the building doors which would allow strangers to enter the premise. They only seemed to be closed at night.
Tram and train station closeby and loads to food options too.

올라온 사진과 실제가 거의 비슷하고 전체적으로 좋았으나 엘레베이터가 없어 짐이 좀 있다면 힘들 수 있습니다.
장기로 묵는다면 세탁기나 부엌이(식기세척기, 식기세척세제, 세탁세제는 없음) 있어서 좋았어요.
티비도 크롬캐스트가 되어 있어서 편했고 방과 거실 두군데 모두 티비가 있었습니다.
방 정리는 잘 되는 편인데 청결면에서는 좀 아쉬웠습니다.
위치는 야라역과는 엄청 가깝고 다른곳과 이동하기도 좋았습니다.
에어컨과 히터가 거실에만 있어서 잘때 좀 추웠습니다.
겨울에는.. 더 추울 수도 있을거같아요...

I stay here often when I travel for work. It is in a great location for my office and it's always clean and well equipped. Sometimes little things don't work (a plug that doesn't fit the bath tub, a tv missing a cable etc) but the staff are responsive via WhatsApp even on the after hours number.

The dryer was in the closet. No coffee maker or pressor. Limited kitchen items. Hall way leading up to the apt was worn and a little dirty. staff was nice and helpful. I'd give it a 2 out of 5

Good hotel in a great location. Really close to South Yarra station lots of places to eat close by. Hotel was clean but the bathroom and kitchen were looking a little tired but were still functional and clean.

We loved staying here - the lady who checked us in was super friendly and made us feel very welcome; she was lovely. The hotel is quirky and unique - very comfortable and spacious with everything we could want. It's an older building but was perfectly clean, and its furnishings comfy and quirky. It is within a 2 minute walk to South Yarra train station which was great as well, and there's an abundance of cafes and restaurants within easy reach. Highly recommend!

This hotel offers a comfortable stay in a really nice neighbourhood of Melbourne. The South Yarra train station is so close. The apartment was nice although it needs a bit of maintenance to fix minor plumbing issues and they need to replenish missing or lost kitchen tools. The staff were very helpful when we asked for assistance and when we reported the issues. Overall I would say this hotel offers excellent value for money given its location and comforts. 8.5/10

We chose the apartment for its location, selecting the pet-friendly room on Expedia. When we arrived, we were informed it was not possible to book a pet friendly room online (even though the option appears clearly in Expedia). We were given a card and told to book directly in future. The 'solution', in this case, was an additional payment of $269.99. Helpful note for others travelling with pets
