The person who eventually approached to book me in was probably tired from serving but found the attitude and demeanor unfriendly and unhelpful.

Convenient location

I stayed here right after I finished hiking the Overland Track, and hotel staff were lovely! I was able to order food at the bar and have it brought up to my room.

Clean room, convenient location, easy to park my car on the site with no additional cost.

Good parking

A nice and comfortable room. It came with an attached ensuite which I didn’t realise when I booked it, so that was a very nice surprise. A little bit noisy at night, but not outside of expectations. Overall was a lovely place to stay and the walk from there to the main part of Launceston was very easy.

Walls are thin can hear a snorer in next room Bathroom very tiny no hooks for clothes or shampoo

The room was comfortable, large bathroom. Dining was full of choices in or outside/undercover, great menu. Staff were friendly professional and all wonderfully dressed in black. Love it and will be back.

Staff were friendly and helpful and instructions were clear. The food was good in the bar and the Bistro also looked nice. I would like to have given a better rating; however, the single room and bathroom were very run down. Some of the blind slats were broken off which was a privacy issue and let the light straight in, in the morning, when I had a late flight. I stayed 1 night but would not have wanted to stay longer. It is priced accordingly though.

I appreciated the room was so warm.. heater was on.. an extra blanket if I needed it! Very welcoming. The staff were great and food options were good and just downstairs. A great stay over

The facilities are old but working well. Good area and close to the cbd.

Quality hotel in convenient location, staff always friendly and easy to deal with, will come again.

Liked my single room and separate private bathroom, was quite until 4am when there was suddenly lots of traffic outside my window on the st below. Apart from that, very happy with my stay, the young fellow who I spoke to on the phone to arrange a late check-in was very helpful and was even going to wait until 9:30pm for me to arrive, but I was later so he organised a way to get in and let me know 🙂
