직원들은 아주 친절했고 위치도 좋았습니다 다만 공동욕실이 2층에 한곳뿐이고 객실에서 조금 멀었지만 이용하는데 불편함은 없었습니다 객실은 넓어서 쓰기 편했고 거울이 없어 요구했습니다

The blanket on the bed appeared to be dirty and unwashed which was concerning. The building is old and needs a lot of TLC. There was dirty laundry bags left lying around on the 3rd floor. The photos online didn’t match what the room actually looked like.

Very old chairs in room dirty. Sheets clean and towels clean. The hotel needs an update on the furnishings. Musty smell in room and can not open windows due to windows locks. Only slept there one night due to flying into Sydney late thank goodness for we weren't impressed with hotel. Have stayed at many hotels on same street which were 100% better. Thought we try this one but will not book it again.

For us it was important to be close to Sydney Central Station. Riseon Hotel is a 5min walk away. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, they allowed us to check in early (10am), as my wife was not feeling well when we got back to Sydney. The rooms were comfortable, clean, with great newly renovated double showers. At the price point, we will def stay there again on our next cruise.

It was clean, but there were cockroaches in the bathroom

Perfect location. Very efficient and reasonable operation. Experienced a very comfortable syay for 5 nights, except for the sheets never being exchanged throughout the long stay of 5 nights. But

Air conditioning was not effective

Great location and super helpful staff. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags there until late afternoon. Comfy bed, quiet and close to transport.

Weve stayed at this hotel 3 tines in March and April and the rooms get better and better. Close to the Central sration. Staff are always friendly. Lift door sticks a bit, there are stairs too.

🙁 - Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable and did not match the photos shown online. There was visible, significant mold on the ceiling in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and the room had a strong smell of humidity and mold. The overall cleanliness was very poor: we found a dead lizard and a dirty, used towel, the room was extremely dirty overall. We had booked three nights, but after checking in and seeing the condition of the room, we had no choice but to leave immediately and find another hotel. Considering we had just arrived from a long trip from Europe and checked in around 10:00 PM, this was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. Sadly, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property.
