직원들은 아주 친절했고 위치도 좋았습니다 다만 공동욕실이 2층에 한곳뿐이고 객실에서 조금 멀었지만 이용하는데 불편함은 없었습니다 객실은 넓어서 쓰기 편했고 거울이 없어 요구했습니다

Weve stayed at this hotel 3 tines in March and April and the rooms get better and better. Close to the Central sration. Staff are always friendly. Lift door sticks a bit, there are stairs too.

my flights to Sydney were cancelled so i rang them at 9am to let them know and they would not refund me or even a voucher

Room was very clean . Offered all the comfort you need for a simple stop over . Very well placed . Close to central station and many food outlets

🙁 - Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable and did not match the photos shown online. There was visible, significant mold on the ceiling in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and the room had a strong smell of humidity and mold. The overall cleanliness was very poor: we found a dead lizard and a dirty, used towel, the room was extremely dirty overall. We had booked three nights, but after checking in and seeing the condition of the room, we had no choice but to leave immediately and find another hotel. Considering we had just arrived from a long trip from Europe and checked in around 10:00 PM, this was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. Sadly, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property.

we got a concrete box instead of a balcony. the walls were over my head. it was only seperated from the person next doors balcony by a rickety fence. the staff there are obviously used to people getting upset at them for doing this. as soon as I sat on the couch it broke and I hurt my back. genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. the cleaning staff and repairman were nice though

Typical budget Sydney CBD hotel, bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and it was a nice and quiet, but everything is just a little bit run down and in need of a new coat of paint. Bathroom has been renovated recently.

Great location. Minimal facilities.

Staff were excellent. Housekeeping were awesome. Loved the room I had. Close to all public transport where ever I needed to go. Would stay there again if I stayed in Sydney

Was told would receive an update about my charger left behind in the room, never did

Staf was helpful and friendly, rooms cleanand location was good. However the hotel is in dire need of upgrades and renewing. All furniture, entire bathroom etc, was cheap, tacky and not well taken care of

Every thing you want to see is a 45 minute walk or 15 min uber away.

Nothing special worth to mention

Room was dated and put together very cheaply. Ordered a double bed but got 2 x single beds put together with a foam thin mattress on top. Very basic amenities. No bed side lights. No soundproofing at all and light coming through under the door and through curtain. No view fro balcony and no where to sit. I gave this 3 stars only because it rained and it was hood to be inside. Look for something else.
