So comfortable and clean mountain lodge. Highly recommend.

Communal space provides opportunity to socialise with other guests. Very family oriented place.

Clean and cosy. Neat lodge and friendly staff.

Warm and cozy inside. Friendly hosts and guests. Kids were able to play and be entertained even indoors.

Hosts were very friendly. Great to have a kitchen. Everything you needed.

Great amenities , cosy and close to the mountain. Throughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay next time we’re up the slopes.

The manager and the staff was rude and the staff is sitting in the lobby and watching everyone that what they are doing, must say the level of privacy was not high.

It was really clean and had great breakfast variety.

Lovely lodge members, fantastic lodge manager. Facilities are dated but the cleaniness makes for it. Really enjoyed our stay :)

No TV in the room is the only set back. Otherwise perfect

It’s clean. It’s not too far from the Village. I like there’s a kitchen for everyone to use.

Word of Warning! If you're a family who wanted a good holiday, you better look somewhere else. We are a family of 8, paid top $$$ to this lodge. We're expecting to relax & have fun but ended up having a bad experience here.We experienced being made fun by 4 drunk blokes who are starting trouble to one of our family member,it could get more worst if we didn't call the managers Rhys & Jenna as they are not aware of the trouble thats happening. We also had trouble with 2 girls pulling out our laundry in the middle of the washing cycle, its in the basket, it stunk and dripping wet (never heard people can jsut do this),It ended up that these 2 are friends of one of the Manager Jenna. When we asked them why did they do that, Maddi said it's their privilege to use the laundry as members of ski club,I wondered, we're guest who paid in full & didn't know that members have rights to pull our your laundry in the middle of the cycle. The laundry is the part of the package & one of the reasons why we chose to stay here, but never thought they'd be rude people like this.I ended up rewashing our clothes,I was stressed rushing until the last minute of our check out. The managers didn't even apologies or said anything at all.They thanked everyone else by us.We are saying this as so no one would experience what we had.The place is near the attractions & have a very basic breakfast but we will never ever forget this bad experience we had in this lodge.Place could be perfect with good Management
