Place was not cleaned thoroughly and don’t bother paying extra for a 3rd person because the 3rd bed they provide isn’t really a bed, it’s a piece of board. Best thing about it was the rental bikes, which were falling apart as well, but some still worked.

It was nice, close to the beach, airport is a bit noisy but otherwise can't complain.

Good things: location next to the beach path was great for walking/cycling to Coolangatta, and access to the beach. Loved the decor in the room! Nicely fitted out and comfortable. Bad things: staff disorganised and check in was chaotic. The building looks like it was renovated with a quick cosmetic makeover and the cracks are starting to show.

This place exceeded our expectations. The room was amazing. The walk to the beach was short and the views were fantastic. I highly recommend this place. Got an old funky feel has everything you need.

A delightful surprise hotel. Beautifully maintained, comfortable. Staff were excellent and helped us a great deal.

This was the most wonderful room and location, we walked the 3 mins to the beach ! the staff were so great, young and enthusiastic and smiley ! Well be back most definitely. Such a cool place

Perfect place to stay prior to admission to John Flynn Hospital. It’s a 5 minute drive.

The staff were lovely, great location opposite the beach and with pool! Overall very nice and we would stay again.

The room was very clean and the location was excellent (ocean front). Lovely and helpful staff were there to attend. Only downside was overpriced beer and drinks and food at the hotel. We ordered a cheese platter and it came with stale crackers and breadsticks. We felt a little disappointed. Overall it was a very nice stay but the hotel can pay a little attention to the details and some drink pricing.
