더 랭엄, 시드니

Most of the regular employees were professional, except one or two. Some of them communicated my request well, but didn't follow up. One of the Chinese employees working on the night shift (around 01-02) at the door was staring at me without saying 'Hi' when I walked in and headed to the elevator, as if a guard were watching an unexpected visitor. I felt it was weird, uncomfortable, and rude. The biggest problem was the housekeeping team. I called housekeeping and came back from the swimming pool 2.5 hours later, but it still wasn't done. And they didn't inform me of the possible ETA until I asked them, which is unusual for me. Later, I asked them how long it usually takes. They said it would take 2-3 hrs. The next day, I called them and went out. When I came back 3 hrs later, I found that making up the room hadn't even started, so I gave up and got into the room. Then, 40 min later, they knocked on the door and asked if I still wanted my room cleaned up. I refused as I was tired. I guess they are contractors, not employees of your hotel. Their service was neither responsive nor professional, and, most of all, unpredictable and disrespectful. I felt your hotel lacked experienced mid-level managers on-site. So it felt irregular in your service. I've never experienced it before for the last 3 decades. However, I liked the location and hardware. And on the last morning, I met a happy-looking man in a suit who carried our bags and processed the checkout professionally.

Miller's point에 추억이 있어서 Langham에 숙박했습니다. 신혼여행이라고 미리 말씀 드렸더니 귀여운 딸기 디저트를 선물해주셨어요. 그리고 매일 룸 청소가 시간마다 있고 근처를 잠시 나갔다 와도 항상 방이 정돈되어있었습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 밝았습니다. 좋은 서비스와 함께 좋은 추억을 만들고 왔습니다 :)

호텔은 다 좋은데 접근성이 떨어집니다. 대중교통을 이용해 많은 짐을 갖고 여행할 땐 비추입니다. 그리고 호텔 조식도 가격에 비해선 퀼리티가 떨어집니다. 그것 외에는 아주 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

작지만 강한 호텔~^^ 왜 평점이 좋은지 알 수 있었습니다~ 택시에서 내리자마자 친절한 응대가 시작되고 로비에 들어서는 순간 좋은 향기와 러블리한 환경, 체크인 카운터의 모든 직원들의 미소와 친절함, 가구와 소품, 비품까지 모두 손색없는 5성급의 편안함과 기품이 느껴지는 호텔이었습니다. 위치가 살짝 애매하나 그보다 더 기분좋은 서비스와 환경으로 보답해주는 곳~ 강력추천입니다~!!!!

Everything about this hotel was delightful! All staff were representing the value of their hotel so well and extremely friendly. Would definitely return next time we visit Sydney. Hopefully construction work out side by the harbour will be completed by then. There was considerable amount of noise starting from 7am. Request for ear plugs if you have sensitive ears :)

천문대와 공원이 가까워 머무는 동안 아이들과 자주 갈 수 있어 좋았습니다. 직원들이 모두 친절하였고, 비행기 도착시간때문에 오전 일찍 갔음에도 여러 배려를 해주어 편하게 여행을 시작할 수 있었습니다. 객실은 넓고 쾌적하였고, 주변에 큰 공사가 진행중이라 조금 걱정했었는데...다행으로 객실에서 들리는 큰 소음은 없었습니다. 다음번에 또 시드니여행을 하게 되면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶은 호텔입니다.

고급스럽고 고풍스러운 호텔입니다. 달링하버와 시드니 오페라 하우스를 걸어서도 다닐 수 있는 깨끗하고 조용하고 고풍스러운 호텔입니다.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite for two nights for three people. The fold out bed is terrible with the mattress having springs / lumps everywhere. Very poor mattress for the money you pay. Room service food was the worst. I had a simple order of a ham and cheese toasted sandwich - it was burnt so I asked for a new unburnt one to be cooked. When it came back they had taken off one side and flipped the burnt side over. So it was burnt and uneditable - for $38 total. The Conciege service was outstanding. With so many options in Sydney for accomodation and if you know you will need a sofa bed and just want simple room service there are others choices

Walls are paper thin, could hear everything from the room next door. (Some locals from Parramatta partying all night, according to their concersations) Houskeeping forgot to put sheets on the bed Houskeeping seemed invonveniance that we returned to our room at noon and they (she) was making up th ed room, (in no rush at all) Overall the property felt dates, downlight hanging out of the ceiling in the pool, pool light out of the water and put on the side of tge pool, mens bathroom door broken, just alot of little things. Felt like 5 star price for 3 star service

We had a huge room. There was plenty of space for a cot even with the king bed , lounge coffee table , dining table and 2 armchairs in the room. The view of the water overlooking Barangaroo was lovely. Very close to Barangaroo and Wynyard station. We had an absolutely lovely stay. Highly recommended.

Another very nice stay at the Langham. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner of Sydney, but within walking distance of some famous landmarks (Sydney Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay) and the restaurants of the Rocks neighbourhood. The room was very clean, spacious and had touches of luxury. The view from the window was lovely too. Breakfast was delicious. Top marks!

Honeymoon , it’s was amazing , staff excellent. Junior suite with harbour views fantastic.

This was a lovely property, and everyone on the staff was friendly. (A special shout out to Oliver!) We will stay here again when we return to Sydney.

Pet friendly, clean rooms, staff were so lovely and accomodating.
