시티가 아니곳이라 그런지..서비스가 엉망이었어요. 예약시 보여지는 이미지는 아주 오래전 찍은 사진 같고, 성인2명으로 2박 예약했었는데 체크인시 아이 보더니 1박당 30불 더 내라고 하더라구요. 추가 지불이야 그렇다치고 거거에 맞는 서비스해주면 되는데 달랑 전신타월 한장 더 주고, 방 청소도 안해주더라구요. 후기들이 좋아서 갔던건데...할머니 할아버지들만 예전생각에 만족하고 오는 느낌이랄까. 이벤트성으로 가본다면 모를까~ 사진 찍으면 현실과 다르게 잘 나오긴해요.

Room clean. Staff only interacted with owner @ check in & check out. Yes, National Park nearby. Non drinker so the bar is irrelevant

I understand that the place is very old, but I can't tolerate the lack if cleanliness. The carpet was old and full of dtains, my bedside table hadn't been dusted for weeks, something had been spilled on the front of the fridge, and inside the fridge, 1 spare blanket had stuff stuck to it and needed washing, and the whole placed smelled musty and nasty. A little TLC and the place could be nice.

Everything was soo close and the nostalgia of the Manor was very heartwarming. The restaurant to us was 5 star and we have eaten in a lot of places!! We actually stayed an extra night because of the food and were definitely not disappointed!! The owner were also lovely and went above and beyond for us..,

The rooms are very dated and carpet was dirty. Overall not a great place to stay.

Room had old world charm Victorian. Staff vey friendly and restaurant was reasonably priced

No room service or dining as public holiday, was very let down in regards to bedroom, was clean..but very old

The hotel has got very old carpet , and specially the room The old carpet gave us hayfeaver to me and my kids coudnt sleep properly . They need to change the carpet . The hotel needs renovations.

Room was clean and staff were very helpful even the staff help me to carry my bags to the room and the room was very comfy and peaceful what we needed to relax I am one of your happy customer ☺️

Everything was closed at and welcomed by a a man in high vis, with no identification and very negative attitude.

Lovely staff - beautiful setting - clean room. Unfortunately, could hear airconditioner from room next door which went 24/7.

The room was very musty, dirty & in urgent need of maintenance. From broken lights to large cracks in walls, stained carpet & bad mould build up in the shower. We stayed at the property for 10 days, our room was only cleaned twice & that was because we had to request it. The bedding was only changed once in that time only after we asked the staff to do so.

The staff were helpful, & responded promptly to my email query. The resort was a bit tired looking in places, but the rooms were authentic to the era. Room was clean and the linen was good quality. Meals are not served every day, but we were able to have dinner Monday night. It was excellent, and very reasonably priced. Would stay again if visiting this lovely area.

Close to National Park. And easy walk to amenities. Only issue is smokers are not segregated. People next to us smoked and we had to keep the balcony door close at all time - not very pleasant.
