It's clean and homely place. It' a bit old but well maintained. I felt at home here. Nice place to visit again.

More toilet paper

Check in and front office staff were excellent. Building itself is great with a beautiful pool and tennis courts. We just were assigned room 77 for the two bedroom/three bed combo and it was in pretty rough shape compared to pic on expedia. The couches were literally coming apart at seams, only 3 drinking glasses but plenty of wine glasses 🤔, tea kettle had water sitting in bottom for who knows how long and has some pretty gnarly buildup at bottom. Microwave worked, but you had to guess at times, because the display was broken. Chair in bedroom had seat that was completely broken. Only one air conditioner in main living room without great ventilation so bedrooms got pretty hot no matter how icy the living room got. Only had vertical stand fan in each room, which meant one person got a light breeze and the other sweltered. On positive, TV was nice, washer was in great shape, and there wash a nice drying rack on porch. With heat and being on top floor, you could smell the garbage chute pretty strongly right outside the door. Luckily, it didn’t permeate into apartment. Would have rated higher, but felt like a bit of bait and switch when you compared the pic to the apartment we were assigned.

It was a very nice and well looked after establishment. The location was fantastic as i needed to be close to the wesley hospital

Room could be cleaned more thoroughly, bathroom , carpets esp.

Cleanliness of place

Secure designated parking, close to public transport and meal options. The apartment was clean with a good sized balcony and the kitchen was well stocked with meal prep utensils. We meet 3 different receptionists and a cleaner, all were very helpful and genuinely smiling. Much more welcoming than the normal blank faced, automated reception in large national motels.

Room was great, clean and amenities were great. We arrived on a Sunday with no on-site staff. As country oldies, it took a bit to work out where, how, keys elevator swipes etc, but we rang Staff, who were always helpful.

God communication with host. Large clean apartment with great views from balcony of Brisbane. Close to public transport and city if driving. Pool and gym great. Aircon only in lounge Could just have few more garbage bags left for rubbish.

Staff are always great. Pool /amenities great. The rooms are very tired and need alot of general maintenance.

Room was not well maintained, air con didn't work well nor able to cool bedrooms. Couldn't raise blind, couch horrendously grotty. Bathrooms ridiculously unclean with mould Staff very receptive to complaints however even moving tooms wasn't any better

Great location close to everything big rooms good to be to cook have own meals diffently coming back but would like river view more otherwise fantastic

Clean room, staff and location

Generous sized, light and airy one bedroom unit on 9th floor. Balcony was room sized and a real pleasure to sit and have breakfast on. Great views to Mt Cootha from unit. Nice pool. Bedding and bathroom were clean. Unit requires general maintenance and annual cleaning. Location and comfort of unit made it we would return.

Staff on reception was helpful. Room was foosty, tired and in need of a revamp.

Reception staff kind and helpful. Clean and tidy building and foyer. Apartment a bit tired in need of some repair in kitchen and more lighting in bathroom. Glassware not nice at all and crockery basic Comfortable stay though. Great bed and pillows. No umbrella or bottle opener.,very close to Wesley Hospital but a walk up "cardiac" hill for a few minutes no good if knee, back or mobility issues.

Couldn’t really fault the property. It’s a little dated but ok. The pool area is excellent. There’s a big shopping centre (Toowong) a short walk away but nothing closer. Overall it was good.

Room was extremely clean

Not very clean, items and spilt makeup in bathroom drawers . Units older than shown in photos with dated decor. Good location for our needs.
