더 아웃백 호텔

생각보다. 5월의 울룰루는 춥습니다. 단열도 안되어 있고. 이불도 이불의 개념이 아니라 타월이더군용. 도미를 쓰긴 했지만.. 투숙객이 없어서 혼자 독방을 쓰는 호사를 누렸고. 샤워시설과 화장실이 밖에 있는게 불편하긴 했습니다.

배낭여행객에게는 거의유일한 숙소! 화장실과 욕실은 공용욕실로 건물밖에있지만 Ayers rock에 어울리는 분위기의숙소라고생각됨 어렸을때수련회간것같은느낌도살짝받았지만 그보다는좋았음

호텔에서 안내하는 직원이 참 친절하고(말도 통하지 않아지만) 리조트 안에서도 셔틀버스 타고 생필품도 가격도 그다지 비싸지도 않고 심지어 김치와 쌀도 사먹을수 있어 편안했어요~^^

I thought it was a 3 star hotel or something. Even I paid around $500 per room per night, I didn't see the value for the money. Too exsy. I wished to have a bath tub for the price.

The room was clean, well-appointed with gorgeous toiletries and all amenities I could want, particularly the block out curtains. The food options were good at the bbq and the kiosk. Shuttle transport around the resort provided frequent trips to the town square. Excellent stay.

Lovely stay for the one night.

The property and facilities were good and well-maintained. However, the reception staff were extremely unprofessional and displayed rude behavior throughout our stay. At check-in, we were incorrectly charged an additional $440. When we questioned the charge, the staff refused to acknowledge the mistake. During check-out, we raised the issue again, but the receptionist was arrogant and dismissive. I requested to speak with the manager, but they denied our request—even though we clearly saw the manager present at the reception. The entire situation was handled with a lack of transparency and professionalism. We were forced to wait with our family for nearly two hours while they created unnecessary drama instead of resolving the issue efficiently. Fortunately, one new staff member, Tameika, took the time to speak with us and understand our concerns—her assistance was appreciated. Eventually, they admitted their error and agreed to process the refund. However, the refund took more than 10 days and required continuous follow-up via email before it was credited back to our account. I urge the management to closely monitor and train the reception staff to ensure guests are treated with respect and professionalism. This kind of experience can negatively affect an otherwise pleasant stay.

A lovely place to stay for exploration of Uluru. Within a short walking distance to a view point to watch both sunrise and sunset. Friendly staff. So convenient with the airport shuttle and towncentre shuttle.

Great service far from home. Helpful staff and knowledgeable.

Had a great stay, lots to do. Rooms were nice, i wasnt pleasantly suprised how nice. Live music that night and a kiosk was cooking till late.

It's not as clean as the other reviewer s stated, water mark on the bench and dusty. And hard to find a parking spot when back to the property on both days

High price, low level property

Es war eine Nacht nach unserer Uluru Tour and wir verbrachten noch einen 3/4 Tag in Yalara mit Galeriebesuch und Teilnahme an verschiedenen Angeboten bis zu unserer Rückfahrt mit einem busshuttle zurück nach Alice Springs

Customer service very poor manager arrogant long delays to check in and out

Really good double rooms a short distance away from the more populated resort area. Nice pool and Uluru lookout point a short walk up the hill from the camp.
